Bond

"What was your life like before William knocked on your door?"

Optimus and were sitting at the edge of the cliff in our holoforms, watching as the setting sun reflected off the crystal water.

"Besides the obvious?" I smiled.

"Besides the obvious" he replied, finding no humour in the fact that I used to be frightened entering my own home.

"Pretty boring actually. I dropped out of school to continue working at the local cafe, so I could make enough money to pay the bills.Buy more liquor for my father to devour. I remember the time I finally got a raise, I spent all of the money buying toys for my little brothers. They were so happy, you should have seen the looks faces!" I smiled before shaking my head remembering the topic of the conversation.

"Anyway, our lives have been pretty damn good since will-

A sudden wave of fear, panic and anxiety rushed through my veins, causing my eyes to change it's colour once more. Although, I had a feeling it wasn't my emotions I was experiencing.

" Tavia?"

A jolt of pain rushed up my left arm making me wince. My face pulled down into a sag.

"Octavia?"

My breath hitched. Like a hand was clamped tightly around my throat.

"Octavia!"

Upon hearing Optimus' voice, my head snapped in his direction.

"Where is ratchet?"

"He left only minutes ago Tavia, why? is something concerning you?" He asked placing a hand on my shoulder.

Ignoring his question, I looked into his sea of honey blue eyes.

"What does it mean if I can feel other emotions besides mine?"

Frowning he looked off into the horizon.

" It means you are experiencing a bond. It only happens if you are related or that you are mate- "

"I-I got to go" I shakily got up and started sprinting down the cliff.

"Octavia!" Optimus started.

"I will be right back!"  With this,I sprinted faster, I wasn't entirely sure where I was going, but my legs had a mind of its own. I passed all of the remaining bots swimming and having fun. Glancing over all the bots, I noticed my two brothers missing from the lot. So I continued to sprint for another ten minutes. After ten minutes, I calmed it down to a steady jog. Then from a jog, I turned it down to a firm speed walk, feeling the texture of the sand in between my toes.

Rounding a corner, I came face first with a stone wall. Looking around for any possible options instead of going back.  I was about to turn around, but, the nagging feeling came flooding back tugging me back to the stone wall. looking hardly at the rock, I noticed there was an opening between some lime vines. The tugging seemed to want me to go there and so,  I did.

Rushing between the vines a I came to a sudden halt.

" Jay, Jack!" I cried.
