14: Pre Aura-burst

"Hey Luna, are you alright?" A concerned Moon asked the other on call. He took a break from his crash classes and decided to talk to Luna since the voice he had previously heard was making him anxious. The boy had sensed that something was wrong with the other and couldn't help but ask what the matter was. Though the older would be very mad at him for skipping his classes for just asking something unreasonable (reasonable for him).

"Moon you didn't have to call you know. I am perfectly fine and I think you should go back to your classes." Luna replied from the other side still clutching on her stomach tightly because she was trying not to grunt and groan or else the other will confirm his suspicion.

"I thought I heard your voice calling me for help and I really wanted you to know that if you need me, I'll be there for yo-" but before he could continue the other had cut him off with a harsh respond.

"STOP IT! DON'T ASK ME THAT AGAIN AND AGAIN. I AM FINE AS I CAN BE. I'M A ROYAL." The harsh respond only made Luna breathless and the other's heart sink. He was only trying to help for the one he cared about a lot.

'Did I just tell at him? Why did I do that?" Luna started feeling guilty. She cant believe that the younger was still keeping up with her shit.

He could've put his phone down and walked away somewhere he could complain about how sad and miserable he was feeling (to himself only) but he decided to come front the other about his concerns for her.

"Luna I know you can take care of yourself because you are a brave Royal woman. But please don't let the tittle of being a fearsome being come between this relationship and my concern for you." He confronted with a heavy heart "Turst me when  I asks you about your safety and health, I really don't care about your tittle, you are my mate and that's all I see in you."

"Moon I-"

"It's just that I can feel your pain and I know that it's not pleasant. I want to hug you warmly right now_so bad."

Luna felt a tear escape her eyes mainly because of happiness that her mate is so nice but also due to a fraction of her brain reminding her 'you failed him.' For her negativity always overpowers her positive emotions.

"You can depend on me." And that statement became the knife that sliced the thick and heavy air of tension between them.

Luna not wanting to become a victim of her emotions says "Thankyou Moon, but you can't skip school and that is final." She appreciated him and at the same time made him understand that she did not need him even when she was lying. "Bye Moonie, study hard pup." and with that she puts her phone down as she felt pain jolting in her body.

On the other hand Moon felt like he was rejected and he let out the longest yet the saddest sigh of frustration and of coarse sadness. He then joined his friends in the class. He decide not to go directly to the apartment after the classes and asked his friend if they wanted to hang out and they agreed. So they all decided to go to the arcade and then to Mc Donalds.

Sure, Mira and Drake wanted to go out clubbing but considering that Moon was still a little baby that they had to look after so they agreed to what the younger requested. They really adored him even when he was a brat.

Meanwhile Lelia was working on something very important and no it wasn't about Luna's case. She was listening to old recordings of Moon talking to himself. She would install the cameras all over the apartment to study about Luna just to help her but often times the camera tapes would catch the younger often going to the balcony either to sigh sadly, sing to himself that everything will be fine or how he would complain to the goddess herself.
