I chucked my heavy suitcases on the ground. I was breathing heavily after dragging them all the way upstairs. I was a makeup artist, not a bodybuilder.

I opened my closet and stared at the clothes. I had one day to pack, and on top of that I had to look presentable in front of the biggest boy band on Earth. Now my job would be spending all day perfecting their beautiful faces.

I made a mental note not to start fangirling when I first met them. I wouldn't want them to think that I was a creep.

I started piling clothes up when Jess came and sat next to me. I flinched because I didn't see her come in. She nudged me and started laughing.

"Dude, you're going to be with BTS all day. You ain't wearing a shirt like that," she said, tossing an old top aside. She started sorting my clothes and I threw my hands up in defeat because it looked like she had everything covered.

"South Korea, huh?" she said. "That's like a 7 hour time difference."

"Um, more like 14 hours," I corrected. She gaped at me and shook her head in disapproval.

"I told Grant about the new offer." She looked at me with disgust.

"Grant of all people?"

"Yeah, and he didn't seem too happy about it."

"That's one less girl for him to use as a toy."

"That's true but I feel like there was something else to it. He seemed off."

"I don't know, maybe. He'll get over it." I shrugged my shoulders. I sure hope he does.

Jess helped me finish packing and I was ready to go. Since it was the last night that I was going to be in Chicago for a while, I decided to go out and have some fun. Jess invited me to go out with her and Nick tonight, so I agreed.

"Are you sure I won't be third wheeling too bad?" I asked when we were driving to Nick's house.

"You'll be fine, I already asked Nick and he said it was cool." I turned my head and gazed out the window, taking in my surroundings. I had to remember every little detail.

We arrived at Nick's house and Jess texted him. I had to switch spots so that Nick could sit in the front with Jess, leaving me in the back seat.

First, we decided to drive to the carnival. Jess and Nick walked in front of me talking so I awkwardly waddled behind them to get tickets.

As soon as we entered, Jess dragged me to a huge rollercoaster, one of the biggest in the park. I was terrified of scary rides, and Jess knew that, but I think she was just too caught up in the moment to remember.

Oh well, might as well do it since I wasn't going to come back any time soon.

We got in the line and Nick had a look of determination on his face while looking up to see the screaming people. Was he scared too? Probably just trying to impress Jess.

We sat in the car and it slowly started moving. My heart started pounding. Calm, Belle. In a couple of days, you'll be meeting BTS personally.

My thoughts were interrupted by the zero gravity feeling in my stomach and Jess next to me, screaming.

"NOOO!" I shrieked as we went downhill. Jess was laughing at me while screaming, but I was too busy holding on for dear life to think this was funny. Nick was right behind us, but I couldn't hear him.
