Cap's Daughter 2: Ace's Return

Hey

"So, what's going on here?" Peter asked, crossing his arms.

"Something's up." I looked from Happy to May.

"Are you in a relationship?" Peter asked.

"Yes."

"No."

"I mean it was just a fling." May shrugged.

"Was it?" I looked at Happy.

"I-I thought it was something more."

"Well, I mean I could be-"

"Not if you don't want it to-"

"I'm fine with it-"

"Peter and Sky had sex!" Happy blurted. "I went to get them, but I walked in there and there they were right in the middle of so I walked out! By the way, why would you do it there anyway?"

"Is this true?" May looked at Peter and then at me.

"No, I'm sure you saw someone else." Peter said quickly.

"Yea how do you know it was us?" I shook my head.

"I watched you two make out on the bridge before Peter went to kill Mysterio and you went not long after and I'm sure I heard you scream his name when I walked out." Happy explained.

"We have dinner reservations to get to, so we better go." Peter grabbed his jacket and put it around my shoulders and opened the door, letting me go out first. When the door shut I pushed him against the wall and kissed him.

"I love you." I smiled, looking into his eyes.

"I love you, too." He grinned.

At dinner, I ordered lasagna and Peter got spaghetti. We were laughing the whole time until I saw MJ walk in. She was seated next to us and looked over and smiled.

"Hey, guys." She said.

"Look, MJ, I don't want any hard feeling-"

"Oh no!" She gestured to the door and a girl with short, blonde hair and a nose ring walked in. "I met Gwen about a week ago and we kind of hit it off."

"MJ, I'm so proud of you!" I got up to hug her and she squeezed me tight.

"Gwen, this is Sky and Peter, they are my friends." She smiled and I hugged the blonde and Peter did the same.

We finished eating and stood up. "Well, we're gonna get out of here." Peter said, grabbing my hand.

"We'll see you soon." I smiled as we walked out of the restaurant hand in hand.

"Oh my gosh, Parker, you actually landed her." Flash appeared behind us.

"Yes he did." I smiled and leaned into Peter's chest. "And I talked to Spiderman. He said thay he wants to meet up with you in about five minutes in the alley beside Midtown."

"What!?" Flash jumped up and down. "Really!?"

"Go get him." I smiled and then looked at Peter. "Let's hurry."

I turned invisible and held Peter's hand while I super sped to the alley. Flash came and started acting cool.

"Hey, Spiderman." Flash smiled.

Peter put his hand on Flash's shoulder. "Hey." He said.

I couldn't hold in my laugh as I came out of my invisibility. "We got you, Flash!" I yelled while holding my phone up. "Thank you for coming, Spiderman."

"No problem." He laughed. "Oh, and Flash, you can stop being mean to Peter Parker."

"You pranked me!" Flash's face turned red as Peter and I flew away.

"This is breaking news." The theme song to the news started playing.

"We come to you now with revelations from last week's attack in London." The news anchor started. "An anonymous source provided this video. It shows Quentin Beck a.k.a. Mysterio moments before his death. Warning: You may find this video disturbing."

The screen then brought up a video of Mysterio. "I have managed to sent the elementals back into the dimensional rift, but I don't think I'm gonna make it off this bridge alive." He said really fast. "Spiderman and Ace attacked me for some reason and they have an army of weaponized drones, Stark technology..."

Peter looked at me and I looked at him worriedly. "He's saying he's going to be the new Iron Man, no one else!" I then changed to Mysterio laying on the ground with Peter's body shown.

"Are you sure you want to commence the drone attack?" EDITH's voice asked. "There will be significant casualties."

"Yes!" Peter panted. "Execute them all."

The news anchor came back on the screen. "The shocking video was released earlier today on the controversial website, The Daily Bugle dot net."

J. Jonah Jameson, the owner of The Daily Bugle, showed up on the screen. "Here you have it, folks! The compulsive proof that Spiderman was responsible for the brutal murder of Mysterio,  an interdimensional warrior, who gave his life to protect our planet and who will no doubt go down in history as the greatest superhero of all time."

I rolled my eyes and continued watching. "But that's not all, folks. Here's the real blockbuster! Brace yourselves, you might wanna sit down."

The screen then changed to Mysterio again and he was out if breath. "Spiderman's real name is," the screen scratched out and Mysterio came back.  "Spiderman's real name is Peter Parker."
