Peter was getting a lot of text messages from unknown IDs lately. They weren't heart-warming, sweet, and kind messages. They were filled with Hatred, bitterness and disgust. Peter doesn't remember when this all started, but that doesn't matter to him, all that matters to him is that he wants it to stop.
He felt his phone vibrate in his pocket, he took it out and typed in his password. He pressed on the contact that had sent him the message, and rolled his eyes.
< u have become so dependent on the avengers lately,
< but we all know they wont save u when they find u bleeding on the floor.
< if im annoying you so much just end it all so I can stop wasting my time on you.
Peter isn't stupid, he knows he can just track whoever is sending these vile messages by asking the AI's, but that means either Karen or Friday will alert Tony and the others about it, and he doesn't want them to get involved in a situation he can just ignore. The person who could be sending these text messages could be somebody who hates him, somebody who wants to intimidate and scare him, somebody in his school most likely, but pretty much the entire school - excluding MJ and Ned - hate him.
< i know u r seeing this, Parker.
< u can't hide from me.
He blocked the contact, and threw his phone on to his bed, ignoring the quiet ping! from it.
He heard feet shuffling from outside his door and a quiet, "Peter?"
Tony knocked on the door, and pushed it open. Peter swiveled around on his chair to face the older.
"Finished your homework yet, kiddo?" He asked, and Peter nodded, "Yeah, is dinner ready?"
"Mhm." He hummed while his eyes lingered around his room, "c'mon now, Clint's going to steal all the food."
Peter packed his homework and placed it in his bag, along with his phone, which he had buried deep into it.
Tony noticed this, and raised an eyebrow, "Why are you putting your phone in your bag?"
"Oh, just don't want Clint taking it again." He lied as he slipped through the door and past Tony.
"I'm pretty sure after you put traps in the vents, he wouldn't do it again." Tony chuckled, and Peter shrugged, "Just in case."
