- Giorno is an honest person and the last thing he wants to do is hurt you in anyway

- but even an honest person has secrets that they want to avoid anyone finding out

- you don't even find out that Giorno is cheating on you from Giorno

- Mista winds up asking you about it because he never remembered Giorno breaking up with you

- "hey (Y/N), are you and Giorno still together? I saw him at the Olive Garden with some chick that I've never seen before and they were really going at it."

- at first you didn't think anything of it because Mista jokes around with you a lot

- but then it hit you because Mista wouldn't joke about something as serious as a lover cheating on you

- you do confront Giorno about it when he gets home

- he did promise the first day you started dating he promised to tell you the truth and nothing but the truth

- he does apologize for not telling you sooner, he just didn't know how to tell you

- he feels like a shitty person after he told you everything and wishes he could take it all back

- if you choose to stay with him even after everything he does promise to stop seeing that girl

- he also tells you why he cheated but you tell him that's not important anymore

- he wants you and only you and he will make sure he doesn't make the same mistake again

- if you choose to leave him he understands and wishes you the best

- and hope that you find someone better than him

- he does want to still be friends but he said it's up to you if you want to

- after you break up Giorno stops seeing the girl because he just felt so empty

- he chose to never fall in love again
