Alone Together

Chapter 5

Panic arose in Josh as they drove to the studio. Claudia, who now was totally a different person to him, a stranger almost; he had never seen such a raged side of her, hwad a key to his house and is very angry with him. She could get into his house at any time and do anything she wanted. He had no idea where she was. He didn't even remember where she lived!  He could not get the key.

"Claudia is going to hurt me in my sleep," he exaggerated to Jen, although he wasn't sure she wouldn't do that.

"No she wo-" Jennifer's statement was interrupted by her own gasp of realization. "She put the note there!" she exclaimed.

The idea settled into his mind and he realized she had to be right. "Psycho bitch," he muttered under his breath, referring to Claudia. "You're right."

"I mean, obviously she saw us 'sleeping together' and was angry. She somehow freaking got into my house and threatened me. What a freak."

"How the hell is she completely psycho when I thought she was a nice girl only yesterday?" he asked himself. He was willing to help her get noticed and get auditions and pretend to be dating her and then she goes and slaps him and threatens his best friend. He couldn't believe it.

Moments after these thought run through his head, they arrived at the studio. Willow and Suzanne were already there, along with a limo driver. It was an odd group of interviewees. They had not done much together for the film before.

Regardless, they all were sitting in the limousine chatting the short car ride away on their way to yet another auditorium in Hollywood.

"We will now open questions up to the audience," the interviewer announced with a smile on her face about 7 minutes into the interview. Usually the interviewers were male, Josh thought to himself.

Loud feedback erupted through the speakers as a 20-year-old looking asian girl, who wasn't used to a microphone, was handed one.

"Hello. Yes, my question is for Suzanne," it made Josh happy when Suzanne was asked questions since the audience usually wasn't as interested in her. "Are there any scenes that you are excited for us fans to see in the film that were in the book?"

Suzanne straightened up to answer the girl's question. "Actually, I am very excited for the scene when Katniss is being filmed in District 12 as she sings "The Hanging Tree". It is actually Jennifer singing it-" she glanced over at Jen,"- and the tune turns into a symphony playing. It is very cool," she finished.

Throughout the interview there were many questions thrown at Willow since she is someone who usually wasn't at these types of things and fans wanted to take advantage of this occurrence. Everything was going great until a question at the very end, when a young looking girl asked Josh, "What is your relationship with Claudia Traisac?" and Josh didn't know what to say.
