I reached for my phone which is constantly ringing on my bedside.

"Hello?" I was not in the mood to wake up but I also don't have the choice to ignore the call. "Areum-ah~" Jaemin called. "Are you still coming to the practice?"

Practice? What Practice?

"Wait did Jisung scheduled it today?" I was fully awake this time. "Yeah, he did. It's already 2pm. Where are you?" Jaemin's voice was filled with immediate concern. I tried sitting up but it felt heavy to rise. I didn't mind about the weird numbness so I quickly got out by dragged my left leg.

"I'll be in school in 20 minutes." Then I hung up. I just did some quick freshening up and put on some casual clothes. It was a Saturday, damn I overslept. My leg was still numb but I forced myself to sprint towards the main school building.

I found them by the gym and has started to film. Gladly, Jisung took my place for the hours that I wasn't around. I stood beside Jaemin, who is currently busy teaching Donghyuck the lines on his script. "Areum? Why are you just up right now?" Jaemin noticed me as soon he heard me panting.

"Our call time is around 8am and it's freaking 2:10pm. Did something happened? He places his hands on his waist. "I just overslept. I'm really sorry Jaemin! I promise it won't happen again!" I put my palms together and apologized to him. He just nodded and told me to do my job. Jisung waved at me with a concerned look.

"Noona, w-why are you late?" Jisung asks softly. "I'll tell you later. I have to make up for the 7 hours I've lost." I tapped his shoulder. It was even the first day of the filming. It sucks, I know.

Gladly, everyone wasn't harsh on me..well except for Shina. She was a bit keen on punctuality but Donghyuck defended me. "Haechan, it's fine. It's my own fault for not coming." I told him. We tried to forget everything and resumed with the filming.

Day one was a success. I was already tired and decided to head back to the dorms. Jaemin stopped me from leaving. "You need to tell me." He held my hand dearly. Everyone was going but Jaemin held me at the entrance.

"I'm okay. I just overslept okay?" I shook from his grasp. He didn't looked convinced as he furrowed his eyebrows. "You did this for the second time and today is the worst." Concern dominated in his voice. Do I deserve this scolding? I guess? I was late.

"I suggest you go to a doctor." He sternly said. I grimaced and decided to run away from him.

"Yah! Kim Areum come back here!" He yelled from a far but I didn't bothered to look back. I went straight ahead to my room and locked it. I leaned by the door slowly slid down until I found myself sitting on the floor with my legs sprawled. Should I really go to a doctor?

I didn't like doctors. I didn't liked being checked.

Monday arrived with Jaemin standing by the doorstep with his hands on his waist. I was startled with his figure. "Yah! Areum why did you run away from me?" He proceeded pointing at me. Everyone outside and inside the room looked at us. "I-I was tired!" I stuttered as I pushed myself inside the room. He pulled my backpack to his direction. "No, no more running away." He said.

He made me turn around to face him. I glared at him but he didn't mind about it. "You should at least say a proper good bye?" He looks at me annoyingly.

"Look, I'm sorry. I was just in a rush to go back to my room." I explained and avoided every eye contact around. "I'm really disappointed Areum—"

"Can she sit down?" The both of us looked at our side. Jeno's voice was stern and calm. He grabbed my shoulders and moved me to my seat. "You're interrogating her early in the morning, give her a break." Jeno glanced at Jaemin.

"Since when—"

"Don't even try to question." Jeno glared at his friend. Jaemin zipped his mouth as he went back to his seat. "Are you okay?" Jeno turned to me with a  soft expression on his face. I nodded slowly as I sat. He went back to his seat.

What is going on?

Jeno never defended me in that matter. I guess we got closer by time. Sounds fishy. Whatever, I focused of my school activities. The day went as the usual but Rae Lin wasn't with me and Jane. It was a bit weird without her.

"Jane? do you know what's going on with Rae Lin?" I asked her. "I don't even know and I'm also worried." Jane's tone wasn't pleasant. I saw Rae Lin getting inside the cafeteria so I waved at her. She only glanced me before getting called by another girl. I felt dumbfounded as I sat back down. Jane looked furious but she didn't mind standing up.

"She better tell us why she's ditching us." Jane murmured. I sighed as I continued eating. I began to feel a bit weak. Jane looked at me and poked my cheek. "You okay?"

I nodded slowly at her. I could feel my eyes dropping. After eating lunch, I decided to eat some chocolate to wake up. Jane had to go for some election process. I do hope Taehee is fine after what that Renjun did to her. I made my way to the classroom and found Rae Lin in my seat. "Why weren't at lunch today?" I asked her.

"I was invited over Hailey's table. It would be rude if I didn't go." Rae Lin looked me as if I don't have the right to question her. "You should've at least texted us." I told her.

"I'm sorry! I'll make it up to you!" Rae Lin held my hand. "I know it was wrong but let me make it up to you!" She whined and she knows I cannot handle whines.

"Okay. Cheesecake." I winked which made her pout.
