The manor was being built as Kimberly stood in front of the mirror. She had her wedding dress on. Her bridesmaids that her mother picked out were walking around the room, drinking and smiling but Kimberly was unsure how she felt.

It was an arrange marriage no matter what, even if she caught feelings for Draco, she still felt like the marriage was wrong. Maybe because her parents set it up.

She felt like she was getting cold feet and she was beginning to find it hard to breath in her dress.

Her bridesmaids led her over to a chair in front of a vanity mirror. They were in her room. The wedding was held in the backyard garden.

The bridesmaids began to curl Kimberly's hair, powder her face with make up and place her crown and vail on her head.

She stood from the chair and flowers were handed to her. She made her way downstairs, meeting her father at the bottom of the staircase. He simply just smiled at her as he took her arm and they walked out into the garden.

Her breath hitched in her throat as everyone stood from their chairs and stared her down. Her father kept a strong grip on her arm as he basically yanked her down the aisle. Tears pricked in her eyes and when her father handed her to Draco, she knew she had to make a decision.

Draco stared at her with love and amazement but he could feel her pain radiating off of her. He gave her hand a reassuring squeeze but that was all she needed to break down in tears.

Everyone awed, thinking it was happy tears, tears of joy but it was tears of her life ending, her life of freedom and wildness coming to an end. She wasn't ready to be married, she wasn't ready to be sucked into arrange marriage and watch her children be sucked into arrange marriage too.

Draco squeezed her hand tighter and then let go. Gasps filled the room as the world began to spin, she felt like throwing up as owls dropped down from the sky and attacked the quests.

Draco mumbled to Kimberly as he shielded her from the attacking owls, "come on, it's a distraction, let's get out of here, love."

Kimberly smiled slightly through the nausea as she realized Draco didn't want arrange marriage either. Breaking tradition.

Draco attached his hand to hers and they ran out of the wedding basically undetected. A carriage was waiting at the front of the manor as he helped Kimberly in. He grabbed the reins and whipped them, the carriage began to move fast down the road.

Kimberly was speechless but leaned over the side of the carriage to throw up what she was holding in.

"You alright?" Draco yelled over the sound of the wind in their ears.

She nodded her head and shut her eyes. Enjoying the air in her hair. He stopped the carriage once far enough from all the people, the trackers and used his wand to teleport them to a beach.

Kimberly was speechless. A small cabin was a few feet away. Draco wrapped his arms around her and mumbled in her ear, "welcome to paradise, freedom, home. Let's get married ourselves and live here, without our parents, without blood status. Just us."

Kimberly smiles brightly and for once she was truly happy. She kissed him with a squeal. Her wedding dress dragging in the sand as she stared into his eyes.

"I love you."

Draco kissed her forehead and mumbled, "I know."

He held her close and from that day on, he never let go. They rebuilt Hogwarts, and their children went one by one to Hogwarts school of wizardry while the two lived happily ever after in their paradise called home.

The End
