Chapter 11

I walked into the Youtube space, all dressed in my attire. I haven’t seen Joanne in a while. I pressed the elevator button to my floor, When I heard the *ding* I looked up and there was Joanne with a huge smile on her face.

“Welcome Back Ana!” She laughed. I hugged her tightly.

“Thank you!, So what happened when I was gone?” I asked while me and her walk to my office.

“Nothing special, you just got a LOT of emails, and the phones were going off like crazy too!” I looked at her confused.

When I walked into my office, on my desk there was a letter, I set my bag down and quickly turned on my monitor. I turned back around to see who the letter was from. On the front of the letter was my name in some kind of fancy lettering.

“Oh, and that man that you met a few days back. Charles Trippy I think it was? Um… Well he came in early this morning and dropped that off, telling me to give that to you.” Joanne said.

“Okay, well thank you.” I said. Joanne left me in my office alone.

I opened the letter and inside was a note, I started to read it.

Tonight, meet me at my house at 6 o’clock.

We will have our date there…

Wear something you think is appropriate.

I could hear his voice saying the things he wrote. I smiled and blushed, I put the not back into its envelope and started to go through my emails.They were all about me and Charles. All of them were so sweet. I went onto Youtube and went to Charles’ channel. CTFxC, I went to the most recent vlog and watched it, I was in it, and I looked like an idiot. When he was vlogging around me I didn’t mind to be in it, it was just I didn’t know what to do. I got to the part where we went out to lunch.

“Ana just went to the bathroom” He said.

“Shh, Don’t tell her” He pointed the camera towards my food and ate a chip, he kept doing it until I came out of the bathroom and he froze with a chip near his mouth. He pointed the camera towards me and I stood there with my hands on my hips.

 

I laughed at myself standing there, Charles looked adorable that day, a long grey sweater that bunched up at his neck, and his sleeves rolled up to show his tattoos, jeans and converse. I clicked off the video when it was over and I started to do my work.

 

*Charles’ P.O.V*

 

I looked through recipe books that I had in my cupboards looking for something to make for this date with Ana. She wasn’t allergic to anything so that was perfect I found a recipe that seemed easy and looked delicious. Chicken Alfredo Pasta, I started to grab the ingredients and went to work. I haven’t cooked in a while so I’ll see how this turns out…

I finally got everything done that needed to be. I cleaned the house, dropped Marley at my moms, made dinner, set the dinner table outside. I just need to get ready and then I’ll be done. I started to go through my closet and pulled out a black dress shirt and some black skinny jeans. I took the clothes to the bathroom and took a quick shower. I got all dressed and blow dried my hair so it looked like it always does.I put on my chucks and went out to the back patio to see my work. There were rose petals all around and a rose on the table. Candles were lit and there was plates set up. I went back inside to get the sparkling cider since I don’t drink no more. I put the cider in an ice bucket and set it on the back patio table. I then got a text from Ana,

‘Hey, I’m at your house’. I panicked a bit then calmed down grabbing the rose from the counter.
