The sun was rising in the savanna and all of the lions are waking up but one lion named kion was awake through the whole night. When simba got up he saw that kion looked sleepy and started to walk up to him and when he got to kion he asked "kion have you been awake all night?" Kion immediately answered with a "yes dad yes I have." Simba then immediately asked kion "why have you been awake for so long?" kion looked at his dad to show what happened to his eye and it was completely gouged out of his eye socket.
When kion showed that he only had one eye simba started to shout at him saying "how could you lose your eye you are such a disappointment kion." When kion heard this he just ran out into the lion guard lair and once he got into the lair he saw a pure dark lion and said "who are you and why are you here?" and then the dark figure said to kion was "I am you the evil you i was created by your pure anger and I am here to take control of your body to kill everyone you love."
When the darker kion said that he charged at kion and fading into thin air and started to take control. others can tell that something is wrong with kion because he was being knocked into a wall by an invisible force.
