"One month of my summer vacation passed, and Mom finally found a house with a good price and a job in her domain in Wisconsin. Of course, I had contradictory feelings about this. The first one was that I was very miserable about leaving California, my childhood home, and my friends. The second one was that I was happy that Mom found a job to support us and a home that we can afford.

Anyways, Mom and I chose the organization of the house, which room would be my bedroom, her bedroom, the guest room, and so on. After that, Mom sent some workers to polish the rooms, each with the color we had already chosen, and the polishing process began.

Meanwhile, we began packing our stuff and clothes, and it took us two days. I took with me everything: my toys, childhood memory box, clothes, simply everything in my room. Mom packed the other stuff and her bags, of course. Then, she called the vehicle that would take our furniture to the other house in Wisconsin. After a while, the vehicle came and took the furniture and went before us to the new house.

I went to my old room, wore the clothes I left there before, took my phone, and said goodbye to my childhood house. As I stood in front of the house waiting for Mom, my friends all came and gave me goodbye gifts! I cried and hugged each one of them, we took some photos, and then Mom came, and we had to go! I said goodbye to everyone and to my childhood neighborhood and got into the car.

The whole way to Wisconsin, I kept my earphones in my ears and my tears in my heart, and Mom kept asking me if I was okay, and every time my answer was: "It's fine, I'm fine!" When the truth was: "It's not fine, I'm not okay!"

We finally arrived in Wisconsin. It was a new place, a different one to me! We arrived at our new house, and after that, we put our stuff and clothes on the ground until we cleaned the house.

The house had two floors, each with five rooms. It was a big house with a good price in comparison to its space. The house also had a backyard and a front garden and a very tiny swimming pool. Sure, the house was very big, but it was also very old, so it needed a lot of work! Okay! I was shocked, but I had to help Mom. So, we dressed up in old clothes to begin working in order not to damage our new clothes. We began our work in a big room on the second floor, put a lamp on, and began fixing the room until it was all fixed up, including its balcony. Then, we cleaned up this room. This room was my bedroom, since it has a bathroom in it, so Mom and I moved the furniture of my room to it. Then, I decorated my room the way I love and put my stuff and clothes in it. By night, it was finally done, so we slept in it together. Cleaning the whole house with the backyard and front garden and the pool took us two weeks, and after that, the house was as good as new.

When Mom and I finished our new house, Mom took me to the pet shop and bought me a dog, and I named him "Snowball" because he looked like that! I actually made him his own home!

After finishing all of this, it was time for me to register in Wisconsin high school, so I went with Mom, and we registered my name. Mrs. Haley, the teacher, was so nice to me and helped me with my entrance exams. When I finished, I entered the principal's room. I heard Mom telling him my story, so I got angry, and my face turned red. The principal congratulated me on entering his school and introduced his daughter Camilla to me, who was in my grade and had an evil look towards me. I said, "Hi!" to her, and she replied, "Hi!" with giggles, which confused me if they were rude or nice! Was I her new bully?! Who knows!"
