hidden nights

as your eyes blurred with sleep,
and as the quiet engulfed —
suffocating you and choke you,
the blanket that supposed to be warm ,
now feel like a jail to you.
too cold that it slowly kill you inside.

you came to me—floating your thoughts,
gasped for air ; crying for help.
you show me your broken side,
the cracked and the hurted side of you,
and i can't deny that i cry ,
cause a person as wonderful as you,
didn't deserve to be in pain too

hidden night like these,
make me realise that i fall for this side of you,
the one that i want to protect and cherish,
so that the smile of yours will be everlasting,
even it's not for me.

you found comfort among the stars,
the one that shining brightly; giving you hope,
to stand and try again,
to love and to be loved,
and not to be in the dark again.

until you found someone better,
that will love you the way that i love you,
that will care for you the way i care for you,
that will accept you as you're,

i'll be here;
waiting you — no matter what time it is,
whether late night or early in the morning,
you'll always have me.

because that's who i am,
a person that care for you,
and deeply in love with you.
