Any empire has some sort of crown above there head, mostly because every empire has some sort of king/queen. It's also how they tell empires from average countries.
Britain/ Uk still has the crown from when he was the British empire, but he doesn't wearit due to no longer being an empire, yet sometimes he does put it on, remembering the god old empire days 👌
While France doesn't, it melted in the Notre Dame fire-
No other previous empires have a crown. Only Britain
