"Alina! Get down here! You're going to be late!" A girl ran down the stairs, giggling and excited. Today was her first day of middle school. Alina's black hair was flowing behind her in a ponytail, tied with her fathers red bandana. Her werewolf ears twitched and she swirled around to see her dad, Aaron Lycan. She hugged her dad. She was a total daddy's girl. Alina was a very shy, but sweet and funny girl. "Are you ready for school?" Aaron asked his daughter. "Duh! I can't wait!" She responded giggling. Aphmau then jumped out of nowhere, "I THINK I BURNED THE TOAST! or the house..." she said frantically. Aaron ran over to the kitchen, leaving Aphmau alone with Alina. "You're going to do amazing. I know it. Remember, keep an eye out for your lifelong friends!" She said with a wink. "Yeah yeah mom, you just want me gone to you can spend time petting dads ears!" Alina said laughing hard. Aphmau laughed along with her as Aaron snaked his hands around Aphmau, kissing her on a cheek and handing her a cup of coffee. His hands rested on her stomach, where there was a baby bump. Little Lilith is coming soon. They watched with teary eyes as Alina headed out the door and into the school bus. Aaron and Aphmau looked at eachother, smiling. "We made that." Aaron said. "I love you Aaron. Even if I didn't our first year of highschool." Aphmau responded. "I love you too..Shu."
