Brooks POV
Jack and I just landed at JFK in New York and are on our way to Camp Half-Blood. I haven't said a word to Jack since Germany. I am still shaken up about everything I guess. Im not mad at him I just don't know what to say I mean my whole world and way I think has been life altered. Jack and I stand in front of the gateway.
"Brook are you ready?"Jack says to me.
"Yes." I say back to him very nervous.
"Well then keep up." He responds.
He starts at run which turns into a sprint I didn't know this boy could run so fast. I didn't know I could run this fast. We come at a stop and all I see are people fighting everywhere and everything is dressed likes its from the ancient time period. Then someone screams "JACK!!"
"PERCY"Jack screams back and runs and gives Percy a long hug . They release from the hug and Jack hugs a blonde girl with gray eyes. She's pretty. Percy must have saw and he said, "Don't even think about it. Also who are you?"
"Oh I'm Brook."
"Ok Brook who's your godly parent?" Percy replied.
"Zeus."
"No you can't be, how, did you get claimed Brook?"
"I think so, I got this sword."
Percy looks at it and tears form in his eyes and he backs up quickly and runs away.
"Jack what was that about?" I asked.
"Remember in the letter when one of Zeus's sons died well that son Jason Grace was one of Percy's best friends he was more like a brother to him."
"Oh yeah, I feel bad now."
"Don't be you didn't know and its not like you had a choice."
I then see a man but instead of legs he has a horses ass. I guess Jack saw him to because he walked up to him saying.
"Chiron!" Jack said.
"Jack I see you completed your quest. Hello Brook." He waved at me now this is just weird but I'm starting to understand it.
I got a text from Andy saying Mikey left the band and Blair has already picked a new member his name is Sonny. Andy sent a picture of him to me. He is tall with back curly locks and a adorable smile. I turned around and there he is actually there and just runs up to Jack. Jack waves me over to meet him.
I say, "Hi I'm Brook and turns out your our new band mate."
