Your help is all I need

Miles was packing up his files and notes into his suitcase after yet another trial was over. Of course, he was againts the one and only Phoenix Wright. As usual, he lost due to Phoenix having an unbelievable amount of belief in his client's innocence.

He looked at Phoenix, who was already heading out of the courtroom. These past few cases together with him, Miles noticed that something was wrong. He couldn't pinpoint what exactly was different, but he was sure that something really was wrong.

'Something's different about his behavior. It's not...Wright.'

(Yes, pun intended.)

That was also exactly why he made sure to clear his schedule for the rest of the day.

After closing his suitcase shut, he proceeded to chase, or rather, walk  after the slowly disappearing figure of Phoenix. Step after step, he was slowly getting closer and closer to him.

To say that Miles was curious was an understatement. He was worried.

When he finally reached his target, he tapped him on the shoulder, causing Phoenix to turn around.

"Greetings, Wright." Miles started.

"O-oh, hey there, Miles." Phoenix smiles softly at his beloved friend.

'Even his smile has changed....' Miles's eyes narrowed for less than a split of a second. Each time he smiled before, it was usually a goofy grin. He wasn't exaggerating things now, was he?

"Wright, I have a favor to ask of you."

"What it is, Miles?" Phoenix turns his whole body around so that he will be be completely facing his childhood bestie in a bestie way.

"....Are you free right now, if I may ask?" Phoenix's eyes widened a bit, taken aback by the question that was asked. Miles however, entered tsundere mode in the slightest.
