Monday, March 10th 1975

7 am, time for my daily routine.

"Welcome to another episode of The Bogus Life of Julia McAlliston."I say while yawning.

Let's see what crazy stuff is going to happen on today's episode of my very real reality show. Gotta love my imagination.

"It's Monday, March somewhere'th 1975. Let's get ready for school. Yay."

Gotta love sarcasm too.

I go downstairs to eat something for breakfast.

"And today we're having.... *drumroll* .... an apple.... Well, stay healthy kids!"

I cut my apple in pieces and prepare myself some tea. What a peaceful morning-

"JULIA"

Nevermind.

"What is it?"

"Don't you dare to cause trouble at school today!"

"Those were my plans for today mother, bummer."

"Don't you dare to use that tone with me either!"

"Whatever, catch you on the rebound."

"... What does that mean?"

"I'm sorry, I forgot you lack of a modern mindset. It means 'See you later'."

With that, I walk back upstairs, since that mother has nothing else to say.

I brush my teeth, bounce up the stairs to my room to get changed, go back downstairs and leave the house.

As always, I walk to school, since it's only two blocks away. I like walking to school because of the friendly neighborhood. They're all so nice to me! I wave at an old lady living a few houses away, but strangely enough she looks away instantly.

Why did she do that? She's always so nice to me.

I keep walking, and see mr. Walker struggling to move some boxes inside of the house. I run up to him, but right when I offered him help, he tells me he doesn't need any.

"Really, I would love to help since that you're having trouble t-"

"It's fine Julia, you should get to school anyway."

"Oh really, I have enough time, I can easily help you wi-"

"Julia, I said I didn't need any help. Now get to school or else you'll be late."

That's weird, mr. Walker's always such a nice man. Why's he acting so strange too all of the sudden?! I'll just keep walking to school then.

{8 am, arrival at school}

Arrived at school, I can see Grace's car parked in front of the gate. I book towards them to greet them immediately.

I hope they aren't as mean as mr. Walker.

"Hey Grace, hey Shirley!"
