Guilt

It's been a day since USA interrogated Serbia. Somebody is knocking on the door of Serbia's house.
Serbia opens.

Serbia: Oh h-

USA grabs Serbia by his shirt and drags him out of the house.

USA: You're coming with me.

USA cuffs Serbia and puts him on the back seat of his car. They drive to the police station. USA puts Serbia in a small room with a dimmed light.

Serbia: What is this??? Why am I here?
USA: You lied to me Serbia. You were at the restroom. I have a witness seeing you leave with your hand covered with something that looked like blood.
Serbia: WHAT??? NO! I swear I didn't kill her! AND I DIDN'T EVEN TOUCH HER BODY!
USA: Bulgaria told me that you knew that she was stabbed and where.
Serbia: ...
USA: So you were there right?
Serbia: ...Yes...
USA: And why did you lie to me?
Serbia: If I had said that I was there, I knew I would be your first suspect. I...I panicked.

USA leaves the room.

USA: Are you sure this is who you saw leave the restroom?
Country x: Yes. It was definitely him.
USA: Are you absolutely sure? I don't want to lock up an innocent country.
Country x: I am absolutely sure it was him.
USA: Aight then.

USA returns to Serbia.

USA: You're under arrest.
Serbia: WHAT? NO! I'M INNOCENT I SWEAR AMERICA YOU HAVE TO BELIEVE ME, STOP THIS!

USA ignores Serbia and locks him up in a cell.

Serbia: AMERICA PLEASE! AMERICA!

USA walks away. He picks up his phone and calls Russia.

Russia: Hello, America? What do you want?
USA: Just thought that I should inform you that Serbia has been arrested for the murder of Kosovo. Country x told me what he saw. You're no longer a suspect.

USA hangs up.
Russia sits down at the couch. She was trying to bring Serbia closer to her and now he's in jail because of her. She starts shaking and eventually crying. She recieves a text message.

Country x: You're in the clear.
Russia: WHY DID YOU LOCK SERBIA UP???
Country x: I had no choice. Serbia was his main suspect and was the only nation I could pin this on
Russia: You know what, this went too far. I want you out of my life NOW!
Country x: Now now, do you remember when you told me you owe me? I want to collect that debt.
Russia: Did you not read what I wrote? IT'S OVER
Country x: If it's over for me it's also over for you.
Russia: You wouldn't dare...
Country x: Oh yes I would. If you say a word, I'm gonna have you locked up aswell, and then I'm gonna hurt people you love the most one by one.
Russia: ...
Russia: What do you want from me...

Country x explains to Russia what they desire. Russia is easy to persuade with all the knowledge Country x possesses.

Russia: Is that it?
Country x: Yes. Inform me when it's done.
