Who Won?: Best Orchestrations

    We all knew Hadestown would win, it was either that or The Prom, and The Prom is fantastic, but...

WHAT CHU GONNA DO WHEN THE CHIPS ARE DOWN NOW THAT THE CHIPS ARE DOWN

    In 2006, Hadestown was a concept album, with songs put together by Anais Mitchell, Todd Sickafoose, (rockin last name dude) and Micheal Chorney. Hadestown was in the Workin Shops, then Off-Broadway, and so on and so on. Now, when it came to this in my last book, I said this, "So, personally since these predictions value mostly the people's opinions more than mine, Tootsie will win. If Tootsie doesn't win, than my best bet is Hadestown. I haven't heard much of either recording, so I can't judge this one too well, but once again, the people have opinions." Then, HOURS before the Tony's I came bacC with this:

"So it is currently 5:40 pm Central Standard time, the night before the 2019 Tony's and I have some different opinoins then when I did 2 Months ago.

I feel like I didn't give Ain't Too Proud a chance, only saying that they will win once or twice. But, I think they could be in the playing field for Best Orchestrations, however the category is not labelled "Best ORIGINAL Orchestrations." So, obviously Ain't Too Proud is in, since it is a Jukebox Musical. I still think hAdEsT0wN will win, but my close 1st is Ain't Too Pr0ud."

  I also took a swing at Tootsie, because I already know Fountain would win his category so they probably wouldn't win anything else. Again, I used the 'I haven't given them a chance to win anything' method. I KNEW hAdEsToWn would WIN. Because I am physic.

   Before I say anything else, let's review;

Michael Chorney and Todd Sickafoose, Hadestown

Simon Hale, Tootsie

Larry Hochman, Kiss Me, Kate

Daniel Kluger, Oklahoma!

Harold Wheeler, Ain't Too Proud

   Obviously, I stated that Hadestown was ALWAYS my close 2nd. So, I was half-correct. Because, if you didn't know already, Hadestown Won Best Orchestrations! Had to tie that in somewhere.
