Destiel

Its a good ship.  There's some context and that's really good.  I think Dean and Cas work well together and they would have a good romantic relationship. My favorite part about this ship, and just Supernatural in general, is that there are so many AU's being explored and thus there are many versions of Destiel to ship. 

Do you prefer a darker,  angstier version of Destiel? Well we have Endverse!Destiel which is basically canon.  Want hurt and comfort Destiel? Well then normal!Cas x Endverse!Dean and Dean Smith x End verse!Cas are perfect for you!

I could go on and on but you get my point.  Not to mention they are basically Jack,  Ben,  and Claire's fathers. They had their fights and they both went through literal Hell,  but that's what made them stronger. They love and support each other and that's all that matters.

You're probably wondering why I gave this ship a 7. 5/10 if I liked it so much, well dear reader I have my reasons and here they are.

1. It's really popular. It's everywhere on the internet and other ships often get overshadowed. You are bound to stumble across some fan art of destiel even if you aren't in the fandom. I love destiel but it's immense popularity means that most fanfics and fan art that could be made for destiel often have already been made. Meaning small fights could (and probably have been) get started because one fanart or fanfic may look or read similar to another. You can like a ship if it's really popular though,  there's often more content for it and you will often be happier.

2.  The fandom itself.  The fandom has harassed the cast about adding Destiel into the show.  Even though they said that they would not add it into the show, many people still harass them. They mostly harass Jensen and he has made it known that this has made him uncomfortable and that he hates the ship. He may be more comfortable nowadays but it's still not a good thing to harass the actors.  Even Jared dislikes it due to the harassment. In fact I'm pretty disappointed with this fandom in general due to this.
