AN:/ I'm so so sorry for the long wait, but I've had major writers block, but I just got some ideas about where I want the story to go. So hopefully I'll be able to update soon. Love you all ^.^

Rosalind's PoV:
We walked to gym class, Mac and Bozer discussing how their archery lesson tonight would be, while Luna and I were busy worrying about gymnastics.
We split into our respective wardrobes, and met up in the gym a few minutes later.
"Class, this is Coach Romanoff. She is looking for new recruits for the gymnastics team, and she only needs two. So if you want to join, your performance today is vital."
Nat smiled at us before speaking to the class.

"This is the most exhausting gym class I've ever had." Luna said, breathing heavily. We were sitting on the floor stretching.
"I'm not that tired really, I mean, I definitely feel it. I just, I don't feel exhausted."
"Okay students, I have chosen the two lucky girls to join our team. It's Rosalind MacGyver and Luna Barnes, congratulations girls." She smiled at us and I returned the smile.
"When you're done with the stretching, you can hit the showers." Coach Jefferson said, and all the other students almost ran to the showers. We continued sitting in our circle stretching when Nat came over to us.
"How did I do? Was I to harsh?"
"Nah, it was a nice workout." I said smiling.
"Thanks Ro, what are you doing later today?"
"I'm gonna train Dusty for that competition next week. Wanna come see?"
"Yeah, I'd love to."
"Cool, bring Clint, and we can practice after that." I said and turned to the others.
"Let's go, we have to hurry to the stable. Filib is waiting for us, Luna, come on." I dragged Luna to the changing room.

~~~time skip~~~
"Hi Filib, sorry we're late." I said to him with an apologising smile.
"Go get the horses ready." He half scolded and half smiled at us.
"You get the brushes and gear, while I get the horses?" I asked her and she agreed. We ran in opposite directions, Luna to the stable entrance and I to the big pasture behind the stables. As soon as I got there I called for them. I picked up their halters and walked inside, I instantly heard neighing from the far side by the lake. I turned to the direction of the sound and saw my beautiful Dusty run towards me, with Bility close behind.
"Hi buddy, I've missed you."
'Hello my princess, how was your day?' He spoke to me in my mind.
"It was great, but we have to hurry." I said smiling and put the halters on both of them and leaded them to the grooming stations. The others were already there, even Nat and Clint.
"Hi guys." I waved to Nat and Clint, they waved and greeted me back. I tied up the horses and started brushing Dusty.
"There you go buddy, now your coat is shining clean again." I said to him when I had finished brushing, I placed the brushes back and picked up the saddle. When the saddle was in place, I put on his bridle.
Luna and I had finished almost at the same time.
"There you are." Joey said, he was our last teammate for the competition.
"Sorry we're late." I said giving him an apologetic smile.
"Now that we're all here, let's start." Filib said.
"I have placed cameras on the track to see how you're doing, and that's how it's gonna be on the competition. So you'll get some practice. Joey, you and River are first up, then Luna and Bility. And lastly Rosalind and Dusty." Filib said and we started getting into our position.
Joey led River to the starting point and sat up. River was a beautiful black mare.
 "Three, two, one, go!" Filib called and Joey and River ran away, Luna and Bility went to the starting line
"Three, two, one, go!" Filib called and Joey and River ran away, Luna and Bility went to the starting line.
After five minutes it was Lunas turn, and I led Dusty to the starting line.
Joey and River came through the finish line.
"Watch out for the fifth jump, the ground is a bit muddy after the jump." He said to me jumping of River patting her on her neck.
"Thanks Joey." I smiled, and Filib started the countdown.
'Let's show them who's the best on the team.' Dusty said eagerly in my head, as he ran away.
"You sure are competitive, aren't you buddy?" I laughed.
Maybe a little.' He confessed.
"Alright, just be careful at jump five." I said still laughing a bit.
Clint's POV:
We watched the screen and saw Ro and her horse fly over the first jump.
"How are they doing so far?" Luna asked as she and her horse came over the finish line.
"Great so far." The other kid with the black horse said.
We stood there watching, and noticed how confident she looked. I mean, they were running fast and jumping high and long, and she didn't seem to hesitate at all. I leaned over Nat's shoulder to speak more privately to her.
"It's hard to believe that girl is the same scared girl we found with HYDRA just a few weeks ago."
"I know, it's crazy. She doesn't seem affected at all."
"I know, and that has me worried." I said as I watched her jump over jump number five, nailing it perfectly.
"You worry about what she keeps locked up inside?"
"Yes, HYDRA said she was their weapon, but she clearly didn't remember. So what made her forget?"
"You have a point, we need to gain her trust more, so we can get closer to her and keep her safe."
"Black Widow, are you actually starting to care for the girl?"
"Yes, Hawkeye, I am. And so are you, and don't you dare deny it." She said smiling a smug smile.
"You're right."
"How did we do?" Ro asks as she and her horse races over the finish line.
"Perfectly, we might even win the entire competition." The stable owner said enthusiastically, and the three teens cheered along with Mac and Bozer.
I really hope they do, Ro needs some good things to happen to her now. So she can forget about HYDRA... for now.
