It was the weekend and I decided to go to a book store to get a new book for me, (b/n), my mom, and one for Zim for his research on Earth. Yes I know i live here, but people on this planet are disrespectful to others. Plus this everyone is pretty much negative in this town

I was pulled out of my thoughts by someone tapping my shoulder, turning to look the person I see it was none other than Dib waving at me, why you may ask, most likely something having to do with Zim or something alien related

Sighing I shut the book i was just looking through and head down another isle

"Wait I just want to talk" he follows after me

"There is nothing to talk about, Dib, your just going to say the same thing you have been doing since ive started hanging out with Zim" I pulled a book off the shelf looking through it

"Actually no, I wanted to get to know you instead, maybe be friends, if your ok with that"

Looking up from my book and now at Dib "are you being seriously right now? Or is this a joke?" I asked him, seeing if he was joking or not

"N-no joke, i want to be friends and hang out"

I stared at him for a few seconds then gave in "fine, just let me get these books" i had the books i needed, just needed to find my mom one "i need to get one more" i go to the cook book isle but notice Dib going with me

After a few minutes of getting a cook book i bought them leaving the store with Dib behind me "ok, so where are you wanting to hang out?" I look at Dib not knowing where to go, since I'm not a social person

"There is this pizza restaurant close by if you want to go and get something to eat" Dib subjects. Apparently it was a food place with games (dont judge me i forgot what the place was called, sorry)

I took a minute to think if I should, mom was expecting me at 3 and it was 1, so i had two hours till I had to be home "sure, but I have to be home in two hours, that ok?"

"Yeah, I'm fine with that, lets go" he led the way to the pizza place, me still having the books on me, knowing there was no rush to get the books to them

While we were there he talk about the paranormal but considering I liked horror and all that mystery stuff so I didn't mind it, yes on the first day I didn't want to sit with him mostly because of how rude he was to Zim, but he did give interesting facts about the unknown

"Ive been trying to catch bigfoot but no one believes he's real, but once I catch him, everyone will finally believe me" honestly I was glad he wasnt mentioning Zim. If he did talk bad about him I'd honestly leave right then and there, but good thing he wasn't

Our evening mostly consisted of us talking about mystery stuff and eating our pizza. Dib was actually fun to hang out with, when he wasn't obsessing over exposing Zim. I just hope Zim will be fine with me being friends with Dib if they could get along

Me and Dib then went to a better arcade area than the restaurant had. When we got to our destination we played a few games, some me winning and some Dib winning. It was fun having a human as a friend besides (b/f/n). Plus Zim was my boyfriend, i feel safe and happy with Zim

I was on my way home, Dib coming with me to make sure I was ok on my way home, which i appreciated. But as soon as we got to my house Zims door flung open revealing an angry Zim glaring at Dib, Dib glaring back

"What is Dib-stink doing with my love pig?" He walked up to Dib questioning him, like he was trying to turn me against him

"I met her at a book store and asked if we could start over and try to be friends and not enemies"

"Lies!" Zim yells

"Zim, he was really trying to start over and not be rude, he hasn't once mentioned exposing you"

"Zim doesnt think he is trying to be friends" he then sighs "but Zim will try for (y/n)" I could tell Dib was shocked with Zims behavior but i know since ive met Zim he has been willing to do things to make me happy which makes me like him even more

"Thanks Zim" I give him a big hug showing that meant a lot to me. The three of us went in my house to watch some movies and just hang out, I did notice that Zim really was trying to be friends with Dib, it was heartwarming but I did really want to know if what Dib said about starting over was true. I had given my mom and brother their books before we watched movies, but I did have to wait to give Zims book to him

Once Dib left me and Zim went to my room, him being confused on what was going on

"Here" I held out the book about humans to Zim, he looked shocked that I was able to get the book and that I got a book just for him "I know you like to learn new things and i also knew that your still learning about Earth and humans so I decided to get you a book about humans so you can read it in private"

All of a sudden Zim hugged me showing me that he was happy that I thought of the alien "thanks my love pig, ill be sure to let you know what ive learned" he leans next to my head and kisses my cheek making us both blush and me giggle at how adorable he was being

Zim left a little while after only to eat and go to bed for skool tomorrow

(OMG I'm so sorry this took so long but the ideas was flowing out and I was busy with work and pretty much an event every weekend of every week. Anyways Imma try to update and finish this book before I start my toothless book later on. So see you guys in the next chapter, Boi my kitties~)
