Finished get dress while i sang. I left the shower to Zim with wide eyes making me confused

"Zim, you all right?" Waving my arm in front of his face but he doesn't react to it which made my snap my fingers in front of his face now. He reacted to that looking at me confused "you were staring at me in a daze"

"Zim was?" I just nodded at his question "oh. Zim didn't mean to"

"Its fine Zim. I was just wondering if you were alright is all"

"Course Zim is alright. Im the almighty Zim!" When he yelled because of his ego it made me laugh at how highly he thinks of himself. Which makes me wish I could think highly of myself but never able to

"Anyways you can head down first. Im going to go grab something"

Zim did so as I headed to my room to search something up and get my stuff ready

I went downstairs to were (y/n)'s parental unit and brother as well. They both noticed me which caused (b/n) to come over to me and grab my claw pulling me to his parental unit

"Zim can I ask you something" (y/n)'s parental unit which I learned that her name was (m/n)

"Of course you can, (m/n)" 'act normal Zim don't raise suspicion' thinking to myself so I don't make a mistake

"How is (y/n) in school?"

This question confused me. All i knew was that she does her work, draws, and hangs out with me and thats it. So I didn't know how to respond to her question

"(y/n) draws and does her work, she also hangs out with Zim. Zim is kinda her only friend"

"I know, (b/n). Shes still the same as at her old school

"What's wrong with (y/n)?" I was genuinely curious because I haven't seen (m/n) worried before

"(y/n) beats herself up a lot. She has low self esteem and no confidence in herself whatsoever. She was bullied a lot in her last school so we moved. She'd blame herself for things that aren't her fault. Because of the bullying and hurtful words that she was called shes gotten trust issues making it hard to make friends. So im just asking for you to take care of her and make sure she is alright"

I was again at a lose for words so there was only one thing i could think of to say "ill do what I can (m/n)" just after saying that she wrapped her arms around me which surprised me

"Thanks so much, Zim. Im glad my daughter has someone like you as her friend. Your welcome anytime" all of a sudden we heard (y/n) come downstairs just as her mom let me go

"What's going on?"

"Nothing dear just talking about how school has been" I looked at her mom.

'Why didn't she tell (y/n) what we talked about just a minute ago?' I thought as i was confused

"Well you two need to get to school before your late"

"Okay mom. See you after school or whenever your home. Come on, (b/n)"

"Okay sis" he grabbed his backpack as we all headed off to school for the day. Good thing its what they call Friday because then there would be no skool tomorrow
