"Oh Luuuke!" Lorelai hollered in a sing-song voice as she walked downstairs and towards the kitchen.
"Yes? I'm in here," Luke called back.
"I'm going to go pick Sookie and Jackson up now."
"What?"
"We're going house hunting today. I know I told you this."
"I just made breakfast."
"Well," Lorelai opened the cabinet and grabbed a plastic Ziploc bag, grabbed bacon and scooped some eggs into the bag, "voila! Breakfast in a bag."
"You're going to eat like that?"
"Yeah why not?"
"Cause you're not a farm animal."
"Well I have always liked horses," Lorelai kissed Luke before leaving.
"Do you at least want some coffee?"
"I'll get some at the Dragonfly." Lorelai hurried out the door before he could complain, getting in her Jeep and heading to the Inn.
When she got to the Dragonfly Inn, Lorelai headed towards the stairs. A bit too eagerly, Sookie and Jackson moved back, and because they didn't have a house, were staying at the inn while they looked for one.
Before, she made it up the steps, Michel stopped her speaking in his thick French accent, "Oh Lorelai you are here. Now I can take a break from the idiotic blabber coming from people's mouths today."
"Sorry Michel, I'm going to get Sookie to look at houses today."
"Oh well if I had know you two were going to be the next contestants on the House Hunters, I would not have bothered you," he replied sarcastically and went back to the computer.
Lorelai shrugged and walked up the stars and to Sookie and Jackson's room and knocked on the door. Davey opened the door, saw Lorelai in the doorway and exclaimed, "Lorelai!"
"Wow Davey! Are you like an official teenager now? I mean tell me, are there any girls in the picture?"
Davey blushed and Sookie raised an eyebrow at him, clearing her throat quite obviously, although she tried to be casual about it. "I should hope not," she said.
"Is that Lorelai?!" Martha cried, running over, pushing Davey out of the way.
Lorelai laughed and turned to Martha. "And aren't you a gorgeous young lady?" She winked and Martha beamed at the compliment. "And it seems like it was just yesterday that you were born Teddy! You're getting so big!"
"I'm nine," he said, bouncing up and down with excitement.
"Oh boy! You're getting old! Where's your cane?" Teddy looked at her and laughed at her ridiculousness.
"Okay let's go" Sookie said, "Kids please behave okay? I don't want any calls saying Martha killed her brothers."
"Hey!" Martha exclaimed. Davey stuck his tongue at her and punched her gently in the shoulder, teasingly. Martha glared back at him.
"Call us if you need us," Jackson added. They walked out the door, locking as it closed and heading down the stairs.

"Okay so let's hit Elm, Oak, Pine, Maple, and Peach," Lorelai said, "so basically any street that is a tree or fruit is good."They began walking down the street, talking about Sookie and Jackson's dream Stars Hallow home when they walked by the big, historical, beautiful Twickham House. A sign was planted in the yard.
