Change
"Through each day I lose a little bit more of myself, and eventually I will not know of who I have become."
It is daunting to look at the future like an empty soul, to know that one day you will turn to become the remnants of the person you once were.
It is an understatement to say that the outcome is to become as obsolete as dust to your former self, as it is not only to transpire as a soul that has lost it's way; but also as a trajectory of the person you once were.
So what is it that you have become? It seems that the choices that you have selectively made in the past eventually brought you to this point, being yourself ultimately lead you to this inevitable path of change, it was as if fate was waiting on the deathbed of your former self.
Being void later on surfaces as a mere projection of your current self; a past image of an object in which you have let go into the abyss. You can blame it on the environmental happenings like society in general or your lively everyday surroundings, but it is only you who can manifest your very own agenda and be accustomed to making the choices you have made until today.
Like in all applications, whenever there is an antecedent there is bound to be a consequence, and without a seed a tree will not come to be. The thought speaks as an antecedent which then evolves into a choice which bears consequences, resulting in a conundrum of new choices. The process repeats itself, and slowly, change occurs in a self repeating and everlasting manner.
"If there is one thing that I've learnt, it's that the process of change lies within my very own entity, thoughts, and ultimately, choices. I have understood that with a humane mentality, change is bound to happen, but that does not mean that it can't be for the better."
