Just A Bit Longer

"Jungkook please, i-i dont understand anything!! I dont know whats happening!! Why are you doing this? Open the door!" Miyuki said as tears were falling on her cheeks.
"I am sorry Miyuki but i cant!!" Jungkook said while crying with pain and guilt but he had no other choice.
They both were sitting on the floor, crying and helpless and the locked door was seperating them. Miyuki could hear Jungkook crying too which filled her heart with guilt and pain, also with anger, that why she doesnt have her memories!? Its all happeneing because of her memories!! She had to go through so much and she's hurting people close to her aswell. On the other side Jungkook was crying because he felt really helpless, he didnt had a choice, he had to do this but it was so difficult for him to give pain to Miyuki, he couldnt stand tears in Miyuki eyes, because of him.

After sometime Miyuki wiped her tears and got up. She wasnt able to hear Jungkook anymore as well. She changed her clothes and lyed down in the bed to sleep, because that was the only thing she could do. She was really tired of everything, her memories were messing up her life, and not only the memories, the worlds, the accidents. Nothing was normal, nothing made sense.
"Has the world really changed again? The reason of Jungkook's behaviour, Is it because of our relation in this world?" Miyuki closed her eyes, and started thinking, trying to make sense of everything.
"I guess the moment i met Jungkook on the road, the world changed because right after that jungkook was very worried about me, the way he was crying when he saved me from the fire accident, that care, that worry, couldnt be just for a friend." Jungkook's behaviour from the start shows that he wasnt just a friend, but she took didnt realized earlier. "Jennie was different too, she wasnt a bossy manager, but more like a talkative friend or something, she was even at my apartment buulding and i remember she always used to encourage me to be with whoever i was dating and she did the same today as well, like she knew that me and jungkook are maybe-" She thought, finally feeling a bit relieved cause everything proves that the world has changed, and One confusion got cleared.

Miyuki was trying to sleep, but she couldnt because of all the stress and pain. She remembered everything that Jungkook did for her, and how she didnt realized. But she couldnt understand what made jungkook so angry and hurt that he locked her up in a room. Was that just because she went out and broke the promise? But why would something like going out will hurt him and stress him so much, that he didnt had a choice but to lock her up. Why is he doing that? With these thoughts, and tired eyes, Miyuki drifted into deep sleep.

The next morning she woke up and took a shower. After getting dressed up she came out of the bathroom and saw a tray of food and medicine on her bed. "Did Jungkook came here?" She thought and immediately tried opening the door but it was locked.
"Why is he doing that? W-why has he locked me up? Till when is he gonna do this?" Tears started dwelling in her eyes. She knocked the door loudly. "Jungkook!! Are you there?? Why are you doing this? I- i am sorry, please open the door." She started crying.
"M-Miyuki?! Forgive me, please." He wispered, a tear rolled down on Jungkook's cheek as he heard Miyuki's voice. She was crying and that was breaking Jungkook's heart into pieces.
"I wont eat this food or medicine, until you'll open this door and talk to me!! I want to know why you are doing this!" Miyuki said from inside while crying.
"You'll eat the food and medicine right now if you ever cared for me Miyuki, if you wont, i am serious i wouldnt eat anything and not even drink a single drop of water!!"Jungkook said from outside, trying to be strong but he couldnt hold back his tears.
As soon as Miyuki heard him, she knew jungkook left her no choice but to eat. She sat on her bed and started eating food with tears dripping from her eyes. After that she took her medicine as well. She picked up the napkin from the tray and found a rose under it. She was surprised to see the rose but a small smile appeard on her face while crying, her eyes softened and tired because of crying. "Why cant i live a normal life? Till when would i have to live like this? Without my memories in this messed up world!! Who'll help me t-?!" She remembered something, a hope that she still had, and she immediately touched her chest to hold mist her necklace in her hand. But to her surprise, Mist wasnt there in her neck, it was missing. The pain and fear of every hope shattering into pieces was making her weak.
"How is this possible? Where did my necklace go?" She checked on the bed here and there worriedly. "The necklace couldnt get off by itself, and i never take it off! How is this possible?! I remember for sure that last time i saw it when me and Jungkook made dinner together, dropping it somewhere isnt possible!" She sighed, there was nothing she could do now. The medicine's effect started and Miyuki felt sleepy, her eyeslids getting heavy cause of crying.
A few hours later, it was evening and Miyuki was sleeping for who knows how many hours cause of the medicine. She woke up and she was feeling tired cause of lying on the bed or sitting most of the time. She saw tea and snacks on the table.
"What? Is he gonna keep me here like this? Why is he keeping me inside this room? He got angry cause i got out of house!! And now i am justing sleeping cause of medicines and staying here? What am i? a kid?" Miyuki said to herself as she drank some water. "Well i guess, its time to talk now..he'll come at dinner time right." She was determined to get some answers because she deserved to know whats happening.
Miyuki was sitting on the bed when Jungkook unlocked the door and came in with dinner. Miyuki immediately stood up, but instead of frustration and anger, she felt worried and guilty when she saw jungkook. Eyebags, swollen eyes, and pain in Jungkook's expressions. He locked the door and kept the key in his pocket.
"Jungkook why are yo-" Miyuki was about to say but jungkook didnt made eyecontact with her and didnt let her finish. "M-Miyuki
Please calm down and sit, we can talk while having dinner. Please?" Miyuki could see his tired and painful expressions so she noded and they both sat on the bed, Jungkook placed the tray infront of Miyuki. "I'll answer your questions but you need to start eating first." Jungkook said, not looking into Miyuki's eyes.
"Have you eaten dinner?" Miyuki asked with concern in her eyes.
Jungkook shook his head slightly as a no.
"Okay then we are eating together or else i wont." Miyuki's voice softened, and she requested him in a caring tone.
They both started eating and jungkook started the conversation once again. "You wanted to know right? Why i am doing this and keeping you here." Jungkook asked, his expressions showed that he's in some kind of conflict. "Because its better for you to stay here, and why i took a strict action like this is because everything is too risky right now, i dont have any choice Miyuki." He said and looked down worriedly.
Miyuki placed her hand on Jungkook's hand and gave it a light reassuring squeeze. "Jungkook, look at me, tell me why is it risky? Whats going on? Why are you so worried?" She asked caringly. "Miyuki, please dont make it more difficult for me." He looked into her eyes but immediately broke the eyecontact because he didnt wanted her to see that there were tears in his eyes. Jungkook got up and accidently spilled some juice on Miyuki's lap. "Uh! I am so sorry, i-" Jungkook stuttered and apologized. "Its okay dont worry, i'll wash it."

She said and got up and went to the bathroom to clean it up. She was cleaning her clothes when she heard the sound of the lock. "I cant beleive i fell for it. You are still gonna do this jungkook?" She sighed and came back in the room.
On the other side, Jungkook came to his room, sat om his bed and immediately tears started falling on his cheeks. He was crying with pain in his heart, he was feeling really helpless, he couldnt beleive how cruel he had to become. He was going through hell internally. "I- i am sorry Miyuki, i hope you'll forgive me but i have to do this for my life, for my world!! Just wait a bit more and this pain will end." He said while crying as he looked at the calender, "19 May".
