The next morning, I woke up on the couch at Evie's castle with the twins on either side of me. I yawned and stretched carefully. Squirmy and Squeaky cuddled further into my side as I moved, and I sighed.

"Morning." Carlos smiled as he walked over to me.

"Good morning." I smiled sleepily. "What time are we headed to the lake?"

"An hour." He answered. "You have time to get up and get ready."

"I hope Jane likes her cake." I said, moving the twins so I could get up. "I stayed up all night decorating."

"She'll love it." Carlos said, pulling me into a hug. I laid my head on his shoulder and yawned again.

"I'm going to get ready." I said, pulling away from him.

"See you in an hour." Carlos smiled. I sleepily made my way upstairs and into my room. I walked straight into my bathroom and brushed my teeth. I brushed my hair and then walked over to my closet. Everything in it was made by Evie, and I loved everything. She made everything for me as a thanks for convincing Ben to open the VK Day program.

"What to wear, what to wear..." I muttered, running my hand over the various fabrics. I pulled out a leather jacket and a leather dress, tossing them carefully onto my bed. Then I looked for a pair of suitable shoes. I picked up my favorite heeled boots and smiled. I changed quickly and put my hair up into a ponytail.

I smiled at my reflection and walked downstairs. Evie met me at the bottom with a grin.

"I knew you'd love it!" She squealed, spinning me around. I laughed as I twirled, catching myself before I tripped.

"Thank you, E." I smiled. She grabbed my hand and tugged me into the kitchen.

"Look guys!" She called, catching Jay and Carlos's attention. Carlos's jaw dropped and Jay glared playfully at me.

"Leather's my thing, O." He shook his head. "You look good in it though."

"Yeah, figured I'd try it out. Couldn't hurt." I shrugged, glancing down at Jane's cake. A piece was missing and I groaned. "Who got into my masterpiece?"

"Sorry." Dizzy offered sheepishly, handing me two frosting covered plates.

"It's fine." I sighed, taking the plates to the sink. "You would've gotten some at the party anyway."

"Nice outfit, by the way." She smiled before skipping out of the kitchen.

"Carlos, out with it." Evie laughed, tapping Carlos's shoulder. He closed his mouth and smiled at me.

"I love you." He blurted before backtracking. "The outfit. I love the outfit. And you. You're beautiful."

"You're sweet." I smiled, walking over to him and kissing his cheek. "I love you too."

"Gross." Jay spat, sticking his tongue out. I was about to throw something at him when I heard Mal yelp. I was the first one out of the house, bypassing Mal and standing in front of Audrey.

"Audrey?" I asked.

"So long, suckers." She smirked, disappearing in a cloud of pink smoke. I turned to Mal and sighed, taking in her appearance. Jay turned next, yelping in surprise as he saw Mal.

"Uh, you might wanna think of a spell for that." He said, taking a step back.

"There's no spell that can reverse the curse of the scepter." Mal rasped.

"Well that's a shame." Carlos stated. I slapped his chest and shook my head at him.

"Forget about me." Mal said. "Audrey's out for revenge, and all of Auradon is in danger."

"What should we do?" Evie asked.

"The only thing more powerful than the scepter..." Mal trailed off. "It Hades' ember."

"Oh," Jay scoffed. "Like he's just gonna hand it over after you blew him back to the Isle."

"No one knows where his lair is." Evie commented.

"I do." Celia announced. "I'm his errand rat. I've got the key at my dad's."

"You're coming." Mal stated, pointing at Celia.

"But I just got here." She whined.

"Mal?" Dizzy asked, walking outside with the twins. Mal turned and Dizzy screamed, grabbing the twins.

"Dizzy, stay here to take care of the twins," Evie commanded. "We'll be right back and everything will be just fine. Go inside. Guys, go get your stuff."

I sighed as Jay, Carlos, and Celia ran inside, gathering their things.

"You too, Ozzy." Evie commanded.

"I have to go back?" I groaned.

"Yes." Evie nodded, providing no explanation as to why. I huffed at my blue haired friend and headed back into the house.

"You can stay here, Ozzy." Carlos offered.

"But mom said I have to go." I whined sarcastically, glaring halfheartedly at Evie as she passed me. She sent me a smile as she grabbed my helmet. She threw it to me roughly and walked back outside.

"Right." Carlos nodded, watching Evie carefully. "I don't like it though."

"You didn't like it last time, either." I sighed. "But I still went then."

"That's different." He shook his head. "Ben was in trouble. This time, you're just coming along because Evie says you have to."

"She's coming with us because you'd worry about her if we left her here. And we need you focused." Evie said, handing Carlos his helmet. "Now let's go."

We silently followed after her, pulling our helmets on. I got on my powder blue bike, complete with a snowflake on the gas tank. Beside me, Jay and Carlos got on their bikes, both glancing down at me.

"I'll be fine, you guys." I rolled my eyes, kicking my bike to life. Mal and Celia lead the group through the forest, Jay and I racing ahead to see who could get to the edge of the water faster. Obviously, I won.

With a quick spell from Mal, we raced toward the Isle of the Lost.
