(15 years old) Hadrian's POV:

Looking out the window on the train on our way back home from Hogwarts. 5 years I have been at Hogwarts, and not once did I get a letter from my parents or been to the Potter mansion. But for some reason, recently, I have gotten a couple of letters from my 'parents' to attend the Potter mansion once I get done with school and that they will meet me on the platform. I thought this was outrageously odd, but the good thing is that I finally get to see my baby sister after five years. Before I left for Hogwarts, she was only four, and she is nine now. I don't even know if she remembers me, but I guess we will find out. Suddenly pulled from my thoughts as I hear the compartment door slam open. I snap my head to the person who slammed it open, and I see a smug face.
"Draco. Did you really need to slam the door open?" I said in a cold monotone voice.
"Why of course I do! It's the only way to get your attention." He said shrugging his shoulders.
"There are different ways to get my attention Draco," I said coldly.
"No. There really isn't." I hear a female voice say from behind Draco. She pops her ahead around Draco, and I see Mia.
"Hello Mia," I said trying to be polite.
"Hadrian." She said curtly.
"So what are you doing this summer?" Draco asked.
"My parents and I are going to Australia," Mia replied sounding excited.
"I'm staying at the Potter mansion this summer," I said coldly.
They both flinch at this knowing what could go down if the potters piss me off.
"At least you can see Bella this year Hades."
Ah, Hades is the nickname my best friends came up with since I do not like the nickname, Harry. Hades suits me anyways, with how cold, cruel, and harsh I can be to others.
"Yes, that is true," I said, smiling slightly, showing my dimples a bit.
They both smile back at me. The rest of the train ride was quiet and comfortable, and soon enough we pull up to the platform. We trudge through the compartments and soon enough we get to the Gryffindor compartment only a few of them lingering. Some of the girls give me flirty looks, and the rest scowl at me but once they fully look at me they turn around fearfully. 'So much for Gryffindor bravery.' I thought to myself sneering slightly.

We get off the train onto the platform. I walk with Mia to her parents since I am well acquainted with the Grangers. As Mia and I saw them, she started running towards them, giving them a big hug. As I walk up they let go.
"Hadrian! Oh my goodness have you grown so much!" Mrs.Granger exclaimed.
It is true I have grown a lot this school year; at the beginning of my 5th year, I was 5'7, and now I stand 6'0.
"And Mrs.Granger, you haven't aged a day," I said slyly and smirking at her.
"Hadrian you are to kind." Mrs.Granger said slightly blushing.
I turn towards Mr.Granger.
"Hello Mr.Granger. Looking good." I said still smirking slightly.
"Hadrian you and your flattery honestly!" Mr.Granger said rolling his eyes and shaking his head slightly, playing around with me.
"Anyways guys I have to go I'm going to the Potter mansion. I will probably stop by just to give you a heads up." I said to the Grangers.
Suddenly they turned serious with that. "You are always welcome Hades you know that." Mrs.Granger said solemnly saying my nickname knowing she serious.
"I know. And thank you both for that." I said smiling slightly showing my dimples a bit.
"It's no problem sweetheart you're family to us." Mrs.Granger said to me, and that family part made my heart stutter a bit. She pulls me into a quick hug knowing I don't really like to be touched.

Smiling at them, I turn away and start looking for my parents or anyone really. I keep looking and I see someone I haven't seen in five years. I walk towards her and tap her shoulder lightly. She spins around quickly and gasps.
"Hadrian!" She breathes out.
"Hey Alice," I say giving her a tentative smile.
She embraces me in a hug. I flinch slightly hoping she wouldn't catch that. But unfortunately she did. She quickly lets go and clears her throat.
"It's been a while, Hadrian," Alice says softly.
"It has," I said, soft yet cold.
She notices my voice and when I looked at her eyes I see hurt. I feel slightly bad it's not towards her it's towards the others. I let it go and start to head towards the wall to exit.
Once we exit, I take out my Marlboro pack, take out a cigarette, and light it. Taking a drag eases my anxiety. I got addicted to these in my fourth year but I don't smoke a pack a day it's more like 2 or 3 cigs a week, unless I'm really stressed. I turn around and see Alice frowning at me and looking at me in disapproval. I take a few more drags and throw my cig on the ground.
She just sighs at me and holds her hand out for us to apparate.
As soon as I hold onto her hand it feels like being dragged through a tube and it is super hard to breathe through. Once we land I am slightly heaving since I am kind of used to it, but not much. Once I look up I see we are at the Potter mansion. Sighing quietly we walk up to the front door and knock. Once we knock we hear some cluttering around and people talking. Seeing the door open.
"Hello," I said coldly, and out of the corner of my eye I see it sends shivers down Alice spine. I slightly smirk at that knowing the power I have over adults. It sends shivers to the person who answered the door. I smirk at them. "Well hello mother dearest long time no see."
