Gabriel acted very strange the next three days. He avoided Sam's gaze whenever they saw each other in the halls, in class, and walking home. Sam on the other hand tried to ask Gabriel things like 'how was your day', 'what's wrong', 'Gabriel quit your shit' and every time he did ask, Gabriel would look away, smile, and say that 'it's nothing Sam, I'm fine'.

Sam had enough of this boy's crap after three days.

Sam knew Gabriel walked to bio at this time. He knew he would come to his locker to grab his stuff, avoiding Sam as best as he could. Sam had it with him, he couldn't stand it, he decided to do something.

"Gabriel." Sam said as Gabriel walked over to his locker.

"Sam." he said back.

Sam grabbed Gabriel by his shoulders and turned his body to face him. "What the hell is wrong with you?! You've been acting like you don't even know me anymore!" Sam turned on the bitchface he was famous for. Gabriel looked up at him, his whiskey brown eyes dull.

"You won't understand." Gabriel turned his head away from Sam and attempting to squirm out of his grasp. Sam firmly held the smaller teen, a hand reaching out to grab his cheeks. "Stop it Sam!" Gabriel snarled. Sam shook his head, forcing Gabriel to look at him.

"Not until you tell me what's wrong." Sam realized that people were staring at them now, there was even a teacher in the crowd. Sam let go of Gabriel, pink marks appeared on his cheeks. "After school Gabe." Sam growled in his ear.

-After school

Sam waited, Gabriel stopped by his locker, Sam grabbing his arm after Gabe put his stuff away.

"Sam what the hell?!" Gabriel yelped as Sam pulled him out of the school. Sam did not even bother to say anything as he pulled Gabriel to the edge of the school.

"Don't 'what the hell' me! What the hell is wrong with you?!" Sam snarled, raising his voice a bit. Gabriel flinched away from Sam, trying hard to not break down in front of him.

"Sam you wouldn't understand!! You don't know how I feel- just- leave me alone!" Gabriel shouted back. Sam stood like a rock, unmoving as Gabriel shouted. "You'll never understand why! You don't know what it feels like to be brushed off someone's shoulder! You don't know anything! Fuck off Sam!" Gabriel's face was red, his eyes were dewy, he couldn't do this now. Sam was there, he doesn't cry around people.

"I- wh- You know what Gabe? Today you're coming to my house- I'll drag you there if I have to- And we're going to talk this over." Sam exhaled sharply, turning his back to Gabriel for a moment.

"Why Sam? Just so you can yell at me again and pry me open? You'll never understand if I tell you anyways!"

Sam grabbed Gabriel, slinging him over his shoulder. He started to walk to his house, Gabriel twisting and kicking the whole way.

Sam stopped at his door, he had to knock it with his foot because he was holding Gabriel's legs down. Dean answered the door, a confused look appeared on his face.

"Sammy?" he said. Sam gave him a goofy smile as Gabriel grunted in anger.

"Hey Dean, could you let me in?" Sam asked him. Dean nodded and stepped aside, granting the two entry. Sam thanked dean quickly before he brought Gabriel up the stairs, the smaller teen still in his arms almost like a baby. He had suddenly stopped squirming, his body relaxing, he even slid down a bit to rest his head on Sam's broad shoulders. This was better than the squirming animal he was before they got inside, Sam didn't have to death-grip his body to hold him down.
