part 31 - by the sakura tree

Ayano and oka finally make it to the tree. They pause, as they notice the bodies. Oka gags, and ayano mumbles something.

"There." Oka points, and ayano sees aoi on the top of the hill, the scarf flowing behind her, as info stalkishly makes her way up the hill. Ayano hesitates, looking at the bodies once more. "We need back up." She says looking at oka. "Who? Everyone will be asleep." Oka repiles, her nervous behavior puts ayano on edge.

"I guess we'll have to make do then." She sighs, and they both slowly walk towards the hill.

Aoi watches, waiting for the right time. Info continues to walk up, slowly, as if she tries to intimate aoi.

Aoi seizes the opportunity, and send husks suddenly to info, causing a distraction, as she leaps and tackles her to the ground.

Info grunts as she hits the ground, and the husks dissolve, leaving aoi holding her arms, and useing her weight to restain her legs. Info smiles, although she is clearly loseing. Aoi ignores her, and grabs the knife. She places it on her neck, and info laughs.

"You won't, your to much of a pussy to do so." She taunts, and aoi restrains herself, from plunging it into her neck, knowing it isn't going to make anything work.

"No, I won't." She says and throws the knife away, as she sees ayano and oka make it up the hill.

Info sees she is distracted, and shifts herself over, so aoi falls beside her. Info leaps up, as aoi hits the ground. She laughs, as oka hexes everyone, "shame, I guess we have to do this old school." Info remarks and runs towards the knife.

Ayano stops her and lauches herself to her waist, she grabs her and tackles her down. Info then headbutts her, causing her to faulter, to which ayano gets a blow to the stomach, from infos knee. Ayano topples over, winded. Oka hides, as she keeps the hex up.

Aoi rushes over, and tries a roundhouse kick to infos head. She dodges swiftly and uses her agility to her advantage against aoi.

Aoi throws a punch, and hits infos back, she falls but sorts herself and rams herself onto aois chest, taking her down. Aoi hits the ground, hard, and info gets up, to try and get the knife.

Ayano looks at aoi, who faulters and holds her head. She gets up, and ignores the pain in her stomach, and sprints to info. Aoi remains dizzy, and ayano pushes info away from the knife.

She picks it up, and hides it in her waistband, that is concealed in her skirt, that hides weapons. Info gets up and sees the knife is gone. She snaps, and punches ayano in the face, almost breaking her nose. Ayano gets caught off guard, and loses her footing, as info kicks the side of her legs, making them lose balance.

Aoi keeps staggering, trying to get to info, who grabs ayano by the neck. Info smirks, blood running down her face suggests a head injury. Ayano gasps and holds her arm, as she squeezes tighter. Ayano tries to kick her, but gains another punch to the face, dislocateing her jaw.

She becomes dizzy, as the lack of oxygen and pain take control. Info laughs, knowing she's almost done. Aoi meanwhile reaches info, she kicks her side, making her fall down, info curses and lets go of ayano, who regains conciseness.

Info looks around, and realizes she's underpowered. She gets up, mumbles something and runs away.

Aoi pauses, and wipes her face clean, she turns around, and walks over to ayano, who struggles to get up. She lets her use her as a brace, and looks at oka, who hides in-between the bodies.

Shw gestures its safe, and oka pauses, looking at her surroundings. She hurries over, still on edge. Aoi looks at a small spot, running further away, she tuts, knowing it's info. "Is the hex safe to remove?" She asks and oka shakes her head, sighing.

"Your too badly wounded." She repiles, looking away, worried. Aoi pauses and looks over at the school building. "Well, I guess we have one long ass trek to the infirmary." She says, smirking slightly. Oka smiles and ayano gets her balance back, unable of speaking.

Aoi urhers the others to follow, trying not to look at the remains of the Martial arts members.

They slowly make there way to the infirmary, due to ayano unable to walk straight, and the sharp stabbing pains in aois head, that refuse to go.

Oka opens the door, to find muja and saki there. Aoi pauses, as ayano gets urgently urhered into the other room, by muja. "Saki, why are you awake?" Aoi asks, and saki sighs.

"Some of us knew about infos instability, so kuroko had a plan set up if she'd snap, where the martial arts members would cause a distraction, as the science members, tranquilize her with sedative that they made, which makes the victim fall into a coma, that they control. " saki replies, looking away.

Aoi sighs and looks at oka, who sits there, still shaken. "I guess it didn't work." She says and saki sliently nods.

"It's fine, apart from the fact she's on the run." Aoi says, trying to make saki feel more comfortable. "Don't worry, go to bed, I'll have a chat with kuroko when I can, until then, ask the others to stay on alert, and block all your minds." Aoi says, and saki nods.

She walks out the room, and closes the door behind her. Oka hesitates and waits patiently. Aoi looks into the other room, where muja relocates ayanos jaw.

"Ah fuck! That hurt." Ayano yells and muja jumps. Aoi snickers, as oka stands beside her. She moves out the way and lets oka into the room. She pauses, and holds the scarf. It remains clean, somehow, emotions hit her from all sides, but she ignores them.

She walks in a bit, and ayano turns around, grinning. Muja gets up, and looks at aoi. "Dear, may I check your head, you may have gained a slight concussion." She says, sweetly. Aoi pauses, but shakes her head. "I'm fine, but, can we stay here for tonight?" Aoi asks.

Ayano and oka pause, and muja twirls her hair a little. "If you want." She repiles, her voice shaking slightly. Ayano nods and oka follows suit. Aoi walks over to a bed, furthest away from the others, and she turns her back on them, falling asleep instantly.

Ayano sighs, and muja walks out the room, locking the corridor entrance door, and placing a curtain in the other doorway. Ayano looks over at oka, who stays on alert as the slightest noise, makes her jump.

She smiles, and holds her hand. Oka turns around, sitting on the bed next to her. She looks at ayano, finding comfort and safety. She smiles and lays down. Ayano snickers, and does the same.

Slience enters and aoi wakes up, faking her sleeping all along. She couldn't sleep, no matter how hard she tried.

She sits up, and looks over at the others. She smiles, seeing them safe and happy. She takes the scarf off, and the necklace. She places them on her bed, the necklace on the scarf. She looks at them, memories soaked within their fibers.

"He's right, I was a fool." She says, and pushes the scarf and necklace on the floor, crying. She doesn't make a sound, and lays back down. She cries, as the memories take her, as she cries herself asleep.
