Info stirs awake, but stops as she feels something on her ‘bed’. She looks over, not scared, but instead curious. Her face turns to shock, and curiosity.
Nemesis’s hand rests on her. Infos first reaction was going to be her jumping up and asking what the fuck she is doing, but something stops her, something underneath, her jumper.
She carefully lifts and moves her sleeve, and see identical knife slices across her arm.
They glowed a deep red, indicating these where fresh. Info covers her mouth, and stops making any noise. She stills as nemesis wakes up.
She sees infos face and her arm resting on her. Nemesis yanks her arm away, and conceles the cuts, looking away. Nemesis grabs her arm and sits up straight, looking away from info.
Info sits there, and looks at the others. They still quietly sleep with the occasional snore from ayano.
“Why?” Info asks, hiding her concern in her tone. Nemesis stays quiet and looks at her arm. Info strokes her arm, and nemesis sighs.
“It doesn't matter.” She replies, making info scolde. “It fucking does nemesis. I care!” She shouts, startling herself and nemesis. Ayano makes a weird noise and falls asleep. They both look over and then at each other.
“Why do you care?” nemesis asks, curious, she still holds her arm, but is looking straight at her. Info blushes, and her glasses shield her eyes.
“Remember when you nearly died?” She begins, making nemesis remember when she was running from a low sanity ayano. The shells had scratched her up pretty bad. She nods, and info carries on, “well, when I saw the commotion, the leak came, remember?” She asks and nemesis nods. Nemesis was laying on the door on the info room, and she could soundly hear the whimpers on the other side.
“Well, I cared, like I do now.” Info starts, and balls into tears, “seriously this leak needs to be fixed.” She retorts. Nemesis pauses for a moment, taking it all in. She sighs and makes the biggest idea in well ever.
“Here let me fix the leak.” Nemesis says, making info confused. She leans over and grabs infos face gently, and kisses her forehead, wiping the tears away. She rests back into her bag and leaves info unsure about what to do.
“See all done.” Nemesis breaks the slience, and info snaps back into focus. “Yeah.” She says back, making nemesis unsure of her reaction.
Info gets up, and walks to the monitors, still in her grey t shirt and black pants. Nemesis looks down, thinking she just made the biggest problem ever. She gets up and changes into her uniform.
Nemesis stands there, and looks to oka and ayano, who still haven't woken up. She checks the time, its 5:10am. She can see why now. She sighs and looks back at info, who hasn't said a word.
Slience takes over and the ticks of the clock become louder. Nemesis stands there, feeling like the biggest idiot ever. “Nemesis, do you care?” Info asks, making nemesis freeze. Info turns around, seeing that info has somehow gotten changed and is standing three feet away. Nemesis feels her chest tightening and a lump comes to her throat.
“Yes?” She nervously asks, info pushes up her glasses and smiles, “so that's what you where saying to aoi?” She says, making nemesis jump. Info walks over, and although she is shorter than nemesis, her presence make nemesis terrified. “I see.” She stats, making nemesis start to sweat.
Info leans in and wraps her arms around nemesis. Nemesis stands there, trying to comprehend whats happening.
“Well I care too.” Info says.
