part 69 - the final sacrifice

Shiromi says nothing, as the whole building collapses. The rubble dissipating around them like dust, blowing away from the wind as judgement smirks, as kuroko and info stand there, shocked, as decay hobbles over next to shiromi, his body decaying side becoming unstable.

"Ah, so we finally have the chance? It's nice to meet my final rival. How does it feel, knowing you've killed you friends, and family, its such a shame, couldn't even protect your kind?" Judgement smirks, still playing with the soul, as shiromi says nothing, and doesn't even move, just pouring hate into her gaze, as she stares at judgement, knowing he isn't easy.

"Sister, we've lost this, I can't." Decay coughs, before collapsing onto the ground, snapping Shiromi's trance, as she kneels down, cradling his head, as decay smirks, gently holding her hand, with his good arm.

"No, no, don't die on me, your all i have left, don't die!" She yells, as judgement watches in glee, as decay starts to fade away, as shiromi rests her head against his, unable to not hide the pain.

Info and kuroko stay far away, watching. Neither of them know exactly what's happening, but all they know is this needs to end.

"Everyone's dead. Except Shiromi and us." Info mumbles, looking away, from the rubble, as kuroko doesn't move, in a trance, as shiromi cries and doesn't hide it for one second.

"Don't die on me, bro, please." She sobs, and decay chuckles slightly, playing with her scarf for a second, grinning. "You'll win this, I know you will, mother would be proud." He smirks, as his torso only remains, but starts to dissipate as well.

Shiromi says nothing, as decay pushes her away, making her fall backwards slightly, confused.

"Come now sis, you've grown to understand you place. Remember, I'm not the only one who is dead. You've got two other people to keep safe." He says, and she glances over, as info falls down, badly wounded. Kuroko hefts her over her shoulder, her normal formal, strict face gone, and replaced by a pure fear.

"Go on, you know you want to. Besides, I'm pretty sure you'd want to kick judgments ass." Decay smirks, as his head remains.

"I love you sis, don't forget that." He adds, before he finally dies, his existence gone. Shiromi finally breaks down fully, choking on nothing but tears, as judgement snickers, glancing at shiromi, as she remains on her hands and knees.

"Pathetic, genka never had emotional ties like this, its better. We've been working together for a while actually, since nemesis was born, your forgetting dumbass, your not the only elder here." Judgement smirks, before becoming genka once more, making Shiromi just freeze in place.

Wings suddenly appear from her back, as she snickers, the same black bone like wings, but with a lighter blue membrane connecting them.

"Please, your really trying aren't you?" Shiromi snickers, before suddenly jumping up, and landing her fist into Genkas jaw, making her fly back two feet.

She falls down against the remains of the school, shocked, as shiromi doesn't hesitate and grab her throat, flying a good 30ft into the air.

Genka panics, and shiromi merely smirks, as she takes the mask off, showing half her skin is actually gone, only charred muscle, showing her jawline as well, the bone making genka almost vomit.

"Well, now who's scared?" Shiromi says, glancing away for a second, as genka still holds the soul, which starts to eat at her arm, making her panic multiply at a new rate.

"You said we have to obey the laws behind the universe, yet here we are, you've broken your contract, now I have to punish it." Shiromi declares, holding genkas face with her other hand, its metallic replacements burying deep into her skin, as genka screams in pain.

Shiromi says nothing, and tightens her grip, watching as genka just screams in pain, even through she keeps shifting from judgement and genka.

"Pathetic" Shiromi mumbles, before diving down, aiming for a well known sword, dripping with the purple acid, impaling genka's face instantly, making her screams stop and body fall limp.

Shiromi says nothing, and grabs decay's soul, before sighing, knowing she's has to leave no witnesses.

She turns to info and kuroko, who stand there, shocked and in pure fear.

"I know you've got to kill us." Info mumbles, coughing up blood, as kuroko nods sincerely, knowing her time is up.

"It was nice to be of service to you, elder." Kuroko says, and shiromi laughs in despair, taking the katana and walking over, shaking heavily.

"Hey, stripy shithead, make sure you slap nemesis for me?" Info snickers, as she falls down, choking on her blood, as shiromi says nothing, looking away, crying.

"Your doing what is your duty, we understand this. Please, let me see akane once more." Kuroko repiles and shiromi coughs slightly, as the memories of everyone bombards her, as they appear everywhere.

Kuroko remains formal, as akane walks over, holding her face, and smiling. Oka places her hand on shiromi, as nemesis pushes infos chin up, making her choke in nothing.

Megami and aoi nod, as shiromi glances over at everyone, who smile sweetly, knowing she's got to do this.

"I can't. Nobody will remember. Nobody will understand, I will, only, I can't be left alone again." Shiromi cries, and oka hugs her, as info finally dies, collapsing onto her side, making nemesis stand back up, and sigh, as info walks into view, dead of course.

Osaro walks over, and nudges aoi, who jolts slightly, but sighs, walking over, grabbing her necklace tightly.

"Hey, yoshi, we've got somone who wants to see you." Aoi says, as oka let's go, as kuroko falls down, making Shiromi sigh, knowing she stabbed herself, as the katana remains in her waist, as akane glances at her now, merely a transparent body.

The crowd separates and shiromi stumbles backwards, as her mother walks into view, alongside decay and her dad.

Oka grabs her hand, as she struggles to stay stable, grabbing her scarf tighter, as they walk into view.

"Hey there, my little tiger, you've really grown up, haven't you?" Her mother smiles, leaning down and holding shiromi's face gently, making her face down, into her mother.

Decay smiles, as he gets nudged by their dad, who congratulates him. Shiromi cries into her mother, who smiles and strokes her head calmly, humming a soothing tune, that she used to when she was younger.

"Shiromi, dear, you've done so well, I've seen everything you've gone through, the friends you've made, the sacrifices, torture, everything." Her mother says, as shiromi doesn't let go.

"I can't, they're won't remember, I'll be alone again, I can't be alone again." Shiromi cries, and her mother sighs, as she leans down and holds shiromis face, smiling.

"Dear, this is the last sacrifice you've got to make. You will still have your relationships, and they will still care, I promise." She adds, wiping Shiromi's tears away.

"Use your brothers soul, shift the timeline, so you help everyone here." She adds, and shiromi collects herself, looking around, at the school, including her friends family.

Nemesis chokes as her dad and brother hug her tightly, as aoi remains still, as her mother walks over, stroking her head. Oka sighs, and grabs her father and brothers hand, as ayano keeps info stable.

Shiromi looks back to her mother and father, who nods.

"You can do this sweetie." Her mother smiles, kissing her on the forehead. Shiromi looks at the floor, and breathes in, nodding.

"For everyone else." She says, as she summons the same sphere megami uses.

"I will always be here, my little tiger." Her mother smiles, as shiromi cries once more, shifting the entire timeline.
