The Maheshwari mansion was decorated with flowers, lights, diyas, and beautiful colourful clothes. Talking about the interiors, the long straight staircase with prominent railings were decorated with an array of bouquet of flowers. The other end directed towards the lovely mini balcony overlooking the main hall which consisted of hanging satin cloth arrangements in an inverted arc manner. The floor at the main entrance was designed with a rangoli made out of string of flowers that had individual petals lined between them.
After the ritual ceremony had been over and after a heart breaking moment between naina and her family, they all had now reached to their house.
Vishakha had already prepared for the grah pravesh and she along with the other family members were standing inside the house for welcoming the bride and the groom.
Vishakha had applied the tilak to both Sameer and naina, after which the couple seemed her blessings, naina now had to tilt the kalash (pot) laden with rice with her right foot and then step into the dish which consisted of red Alta. Naina now walked inside the home along with Sameer leaving behind auspicious red footprints which is symbolic of the arrival of goddess Lakshmi.
After the grah pravesh ritual was over, mamiji crossed her arms and said, "By God acha hua yeh grah pravesh ki rasam khatam hui, nahin Matlab pair dard kar rahein the, ab fatafat baaki rasam khatam Kar ke aaram karenge! " with a sarcastic smile.
Munna replying to her, "Kya baat kar rahin hai mamiji Aap toh Mandir mein bhi Nahin aaye the Phir bhi Thak gye, yaani ki buddhapa aane laga aapko" Pandit added, "Aur nahin toh kya mamiji iss umar mein kuch bhi Ho sakta hai!! "and the both started laughing.
"Chup Karo dono, hamesha chabad chabad "said a frustated mamiji.
"Aree baatein toh hoti rahegi Pehle baaki ki rasamein kar lete hai yeh dono bhi bohot Thak gye honge, Phir aaram karne bhej denge!" said vishakha looking at the dull faces of the two.
"Ha ha Chalo aage badha jaaye, vishakha inn dono ko le aao! " instructed Nanaji who was chuckling at Munna Pandit's jokes till now.
Sameer and Naina were expected to sit in front of each other with a large bowl filled with milk and rose petals in front of them. Mamaji declared, "Chalo Bhai, ab tum dono is doodh ke Bartan Se anghooti dhundni hai, "
"Ha aur Jisne sabse jyada Baar dhund li wohi ghar par Raj karega Ya karegi" added a extra excited mamiji. When Poonam bhabhi for the first time dipped the ring in the bowl, both Sameer and naina at the same time dipped their hands in the bowl and for the first time naina found the ring. Munna and Pandit were cheering for Sameer at first but later they cheered for naina.
"Kya baat hai Munna Pandit itni jaldi palat gye, abhi toh sameer Sameer kar rahein the aur Ab naina ke gaan ga rahein ho" asked mamiji in a sarcastic manner.
"Woh kya hai na mamiji Bhai ke saath toh hamara rishta tha aur hai hi par ab naina bhabhi hame ache ache pakwan khilaengi, toh palat toh badalne hi padegi na" replied Pandit and both the boys started laughing.
For the second time Sameer found the ring.
"Aree abhi toh barabri ka mukabla hua hai, aakhri Baar Dekhte hai main jeet ta hai? " said vishakha.
When for the third time, they both dipped their hands in the bowl, sameer had found the ring but he intentionally passed the ring to naina's hands. Naina was initially astonished at his move but later was overwhelmed since she thought he cares about her. But unable to take the credit alone she again passed it to Sameer leaving him shocked and the couple pulled out the ring together from the bowl.
