Kirishima P.O.V
Maybe I shouldn't have agreed to invite Midoriya and Todoroki as well.
We sat at a long table in a family restaurant me, Katsuki and Haru where on the long side of the table and on the other side sat Todoroki and Midoriya. Uraraka sat in the middle, on the shorter side of the table.
The air was stiff as the only sound I could hear was Haru's chewing, as he ate the parfait he had eagerly asked for. Katsuki was glaring daggers at Todoroki. They had known each other in university an he wasn't really a fan of the alpha, while Midoriya looked very uncomfortable like he didn't want to be here. In the middle of all this Uraraka sat smiling at us in total bliss. Completely unaware of the awkward atmosphere.
"Mama, twy dis!" I looked over at Haru as he raised a spoon of his parfait towards Katsuki. I noticed Katsuki stare at Haru for a few seconds before caving in, as he let his 5-year-old son spoon feed him. It was a pretty cute sight for the usually, stubborn and rude Katsuki to be spoon-fed by a little child.
"Is gwood rwight?!" Haru smiled at his mum as he took another spoonful of ice cream to feed to Katsuki.
Katsuki hummed in agreeance, as a little smile crept up his face.
"Your face is a mess though..." Katsuki grabbed a napkin from the table, rubbing it on Haru's face to clean it up. Haru tried to stop him by trying to push Katsuki's hands away but of course, his mum won in strength.
"Mama~ I can-" Katsuki interrupted Haru by rubbing the napkin on his mouth cleaning up the remaining ice cream. Earning a small giggle from Katsuki.
"You really are quite the mother hen aren't you Kaa-chan" Midoriya commented, he immediately regretted it as he earned quite a death glare from Katsuki shutting him up immediately.
"So when did you two meet." Todoroki suddenly commented after being quiet for so long.
"What it to ya?!" Katsuki asked in quite an aggressive tone.
"Kat-love~ it's quite alright, it's not like anything happened" Quickly putting my hands over my lips, I had slipped up.
Katsuki glared at me in pure rage, his face completely red from my nickname.
"I said not to call me that outside of the house!" Katsuki ragged, little explosions appeared on his hands as he tried to contain his anger.
"'Kat-love~' what an adorable nickname" Uraraka commented a smirk appearing on her face.
"I never thought Kaa-chan would allow anyone call him such a lovey-dovey name.
"Yeah."
At this point Katsuki face was so red, he kinda looked like a tomato. I found it absolutely adorable but, Katsuki found it infuriating
"We are getting off track here, we can talk about the nickname later right now I just want to know how your first date was!" Uraraka said changing the subject at hand.
Our first date. It really was a while ago almost six years ago since our first date. Katsuki really has changed back then he was secluded and hardly talked. He was always glaring death daggers at me. I shuddered at the memory.
"Kirishima-kun why don't you tell us about your first date since 'Kat-love~' probably won't tell us" Uraraka smiled from her seat as she stared directly into my eyes. I looked over at Katsuki to check but he was busy look down and refusing to make eye contact.
I couldn't feel anything negative from our emotion link, he just seemed more embarrassed than anything. I guess it was okay.
"I guess it's fine"
I received a few cheers from Uraraka and Midoriya.
"Okay, so our first date went like this...."
"Bakugou! Hi there, we haven't seen each other in a while!" I said as I ran over to him from across the street.
Our parents had agreed for us to go meet up to get along before our marriage. In otherwards, it was a date.
I was giddy with excitement as even though I didn't know Bakugou that well, I could already tell he was a good person from our first meeting.
I smiled at Bakugou even though he responded by glaring at me.
"Let's go shall we!" I said as I reached out my hand for him to grab.
We 'were', technically a couple as we were fiances. Bakugou glared at my hand before making a grunting noise and walking right past my outstretched hand. Leaving me speechless
I am such an idiot, even though we had agreed to get married we didn't really know each other except for that one time we met. So he might feel uncomfortable holding a stranger's hand.
Though he didn't need to completely ignore me...
No. I have to be positive if I want this relationship to work out.
Putting my abandoned hand in my pocket, I ran back beside Bakugou and walked at his pace.
I looked over at Bakugou, analysing my partner. He was short, not tiny but not tall either, he was an omega after all. His blonde spiky hair seemed to glow in the sun. He smelled nice really nice. Better than any other omega I had smelled before.
The smell was enchanting.
"Oi, what are you staring at," Bakugou said snapping me out of my train of thought.
A little blush was an on his cheeks, making him look a lot cuter even though he was wearing a black leather jacket, with jeans, I think he was trying to look cool or something, which just made him look cuter.
"Ah, nothing," I said quickly looking at something else. "That's the place we are going to..." I said quickly diverting his attention. I could feel Bakugou's glare for a few seconds longer before he looked at the restaurant in front of us.
It was nothing too fancy just a restaurant I usually went to when I wanted to eat out with my friends.
We walked into the restaurant overwhelmed with the familiar welcoming feeling the restaurant seems to always have. I held open the door for Bakugou, he walked in glancing at me, with a scuff he walked towards the area that was somewhat secluded and had a table for two.
I smiled as he sat on the chair staring at me. I walked over to the table Bakugou was sitting at. Sitting down I smiled at him.
We sat in comfortable silence. Bakugou stared at his phone doing whatever, as we waited for someone to take our order. Bakugou suddenly looked up from his phone and asked quite the unexpected question. At least to me, it was unexpected.
"Why do you smile so damn much."
