Mako is an undercover cop. Disguised as a spectator for the free running competition, he has to try and get information about a certain person. Someone who's secret power could turn over the balance of the world.
He's looking for the Avatar.

People have bending in this. Mako is a firebender, obviously.
But the Avatar has been missing since Avatar Roku died. (Both Aang and Korra), the story will explain :P.
