Hello, my name is Scarlet. I'm just simply here to share my life, well, actually, I wanna share of how me and Ben met, and how we became what we are. Its quite complicated actually. So i'll start from the top. It all started on a Friday morning,
I was laying there, so lost in thought, nothing really came together at the time. I was confused, I was 17, and I had no idea what life was going to do to me. My mother slowly walked in my room and shook my arm lightly. "Hey, scarlet, I got some good news, and some bad news." My mother said. I looked over at her, and my heart raced as I thought of what she was going to say. "Yes? What is it?" I asked getting up. She hesitated before speaking. "Well, the good news is that your father will be leaving." She said and I instantly smiled. My father was a very heavy alcoholic, and he used to love my mother until I was born, which was when my mother commanded a divorce, though, my father had no where to go and the cops were on the look out for him. He threatened us that if we were ever to try anything dumb, that he'd kill us in a heart beat. We had to live with him yet he abuses both of us and we cant do anything about it. Even worse, what my father did to me personally, is he raped me when i was a child. Never have i ever told anyone, not even my mother. He raped me more than people she be. She smiled at me, knowing that I was going to be relieved, yet her smile faded slowly. "But, the bad news is its a huge risk, because we can only do it by moving without him knowing, so, I thought for awhile about moving, and we might be able to get away from him." My mother said holding my hand. My head fell. "Oh... Well, its okay, but..." I started until I felt a little sadness grow in me. "I will miss this town, because I grew up in it, but if that's what it takes for dad to leave, than I'll be fine." I said still a little sad. I grew up here, and I hoped school would get better, yet, I didn't know what to expect, I thought going to another school would be better because kids would actually give me a chance, but I didn't know, and I soon will.
After about a couple days, we were packed and we hid the boxes in my room, until the day finally came where we ditched him. My mother woke me up at 3:16 AM and we slowly and quietly packed the car with the boxes. My mother waited for me in the car while I got the last box, until I tripped and sended all my video games to the floor. My father snorted, which meant he woke up. I gathered my video games up into the box and when I picked the box up, my father stood over me, with his belt in his hand. "Dad, I'm- I'm sorry, I - I was just-" he whipped the belt at me and made a huge mark on my arm and sended me to the ground in pain. "What do you think your doing?!" He boomed. "I was putting my games away and I tripped, I'm sorry I woke you up!" I backed away and he kicked the video games to the stairs sending them to break. I stared in horror as my only precious belongings were being dreaded to there death. A feeling bolted through me, I vicious, violent, feeling that just made me want to... To... To kill! My own loved belongings was just destroyed by my ruthless father. My hands formed in a ball and I felt my blood boil. A flash blinded me and the next thing I knew my father had a gun pointed at my head, and my mother was sitting on the floor, breathing heavily as if she was chocked not to long ago. The small click of the gun made the silence sheer to joy. My mother yelled and tackled my father, and the gun was shot, and made a hole in the wall. My mother yelled for me to get in the car and I did, before so, I grabbed the last couple games that survived the harsh fall, "Majora's mask" was surprisingly the only one that made it. I grabbed it and ran in the car and I impatiently waited until my mother very quickly escaped the home. She jumped in the car and we were off in a flash. Minutes later I stared at the cartridge, looking at how decent it looked. "Hey, what's that?" My mother asked. I looked at her "Majora's mask, its apart of the Legend of Zelda series." I pointed out. She looked confused. "Majora's mask? When did you get that?" She asked. I shrugged and looked back at the game. "I thought you got all the video games from me." I felt a sudden curiosity field me, I wanted to know who gave it to me. My mother isn't aware of who gave it to me, neither am I. It definitely wasn't my father, I'm not friends to anyone, I don't know any close relatives, its just crazy. I looked behind it and that's what crazed me the most, in the most simplest hand writing, said three letters "BEN" in all capitals.
