(You know what I'm gonna do and say. But let me know what your thoughts of this book are. I'm curious.)
Your POV
As the alpha took me to the rest of the pack. I saw a couple of other wolves and five pups. I stand next to the alpha as he barks to the pack. The pack look at him
"We have a new member joining us. Treat her as a member of the pack." He tells them
The alpha wanders over to his den. As the pack introduce themselves. A young male and female walk up to me
"Hi. I'm Seth. This is my sister, Belle." The young male says, wagging his tail (I know that's not really Seth's sister's name. Just roll with it...)
"Nice to meet you. I'm (Y/N)." I tell them
"Love your fur color." Belle tells me
"Thank you." I tell her
As Seth and Belle move on. Another female walks up to me with the five pups
"Hi, I'm Echo. And these are the pups in the pack." Echo tells me as the pups greet me, in a puppy way
"Nice to meet you. I'm (Y/N). These guys are adorable." I tell her
"They are. Come on, pups. Let's head to the den." Echo tells the pups
The pups follow her. As another wolf comes up to me
"Hey. Name's Jacob. But the pack call me Jake." Jake tells me
"Nice to meet you." I tell him
Before Jacob could say anything. Rex trots into the den area. And looks at me. And growls. Then heads into his den
"What's his problem?" I ask, watching him
"Rex doesn't like other wolves coming into the pack. Don't get on his bad side." Jake tells me
"I think I already am." I tell him
~Time Skip~
It's been a couple hours since I met the pack. Right now, I'm laying down with the pups and getting to know them and the pack. One of the pups was running from another pup until the other pups stopped and looked scared. The one pup ran into Rex. And he didn't look happy at all
"Watch you, runt!" Rex barks at him
"I-I..." The pup says, before Rex puts a paw on his little body
"Sorry isn't gonna cut it this time!" Rex roars at him
I growl and jump in front of the pups with the one pup between my front paws. He growls back. We growled at one another for a few minutes. Until I ran at him and started fighting with him. He pins me to the ground. I hit him with my paw. I stand on my hid legs and pushes him back. We snarl at each other.
We jump at each other. I bite his neck. He yelps. We snap each other. I get a hold of his neck again. He pushes me off. I let go and tackle him again. We roll down a hill. I heard two wolves running towards us. Rex gets pulled off of me and Jake checks on me. I shake my head. As I saw the alpha pin Rex down on his back. Snarling at his face
"That's enough, Rex!" He roars at him
"She started it! She attacked me first!" Rex roars back
"I was defensing the pups from you!" I roar at him, as I limping a bit on one paw
"Rex, you head back to your den until I talk to you. Right now, we're heading back to the pack. Do you understand me?" The alpha snarls at Rex
"Yes, sir." Rex growls, before heading to his den
As Rex wandered back to the pack. The alpha heads over to me and Jake
"Are you alright, (Y/N)?" He asks
"Fine. Must've landed on my paw during the fight." I tell him
"Jacob, check on the pups. I'll take (Y/N) to my den to patch up her paw." He tells Jake
"Yes, sir. Take it easy, (Y/N)." Jake tells me, before heading to the pup den
As I limping into the alpha's den. I licked my lips a bit. And tasted blood
"Lay down there. I'll get something." He tells me
I lay down where he told me and waited. He came back with some bandages. He sets them next to me
"This might string a bit." He tells me
He puts some alcohol on my paw. I growl a bit. But relax a bit
"Thank you for fixing me up." I tell him
"It's what I do for my pack. By the way, what you did is what an alpha female would do." He tells me, sitting next to me
"Are you saying that I'm an alpha female?" I ask
"Yes. And even though, I'm the alpha male. You seem to take the role better then I do." He tells me
"Well, I'll take the role but you could be the second in command or something...uh. What's your name? You never told me." I tell him
"Oh, I'm sorry. I'm Scar." He tells me
"It's okay. You probably already know my name." I tell him
"I do. Where did you come from? If I may ask." He asks
"I'm not a normal wolf like you or the pack. I'm a mutant." I tell him
"Did he do this to you?" He asks
"Shredder? Yeah. He did." I tell him
"You must miss your friends and family." He tells me, as we look out his den
"I do. I bet they miss me as well." I tell him
"I'm sure they do. I bet they're looking for you, right now." He tells me
"I hope so. Cause I was already thinking that once I get out of here. You and the pack would come with me." I tell him
"I'm sure the pack would be more then happy to come. Probably not, Rex." He tells me, laying down
"Probably not. Me and him are not friendly to one another." I tell him
"Speaking of Rex. I need to have a word with him. Rest here tonight. I'll be back later." He tells me, before he leaves to talk to Rex
I look to sky. Looking at the moon and stars
'I hope you guys get me out of here. I'd like to get out of here and the pack as well.' I think to myself, before laying down and falling asleep
