Hades warmth still lingered on my lips and every time I think about the kiss, my face starts to heat up and my heart pounding faster. I stopped walking in my room, I have been pacing back and forth for the past hour, and started to think about what Hades has said.

"I can't give your memories back. Not yet."

What does that even mean? Is there something that I have to do to get my memories back or what?

All these secrets and short answers, are putting me on edge and it is completely frustrating.

Looking at the small alarm clock on the bed side table and the time read 4 o'clock.

"Was I up for that long?" I asked myself and decided to take a long bath. The warmth of the bath relaxed my entire body and I could feel its magic working. I closed my eyes and allowed the warmth of the water to take me somewhere were I can think.

The darkness soon turned into a field and there stood Persephone. So, beautiful and innocent.

Yet she portrayed Hades for power and for another lover. Persephone turned around and she was looking straight at me but she couldn't see me, could she? Her eyes turned wide and that answered my curiosity. She was staring directly deep into my eyes and she gave me a sad smile. Her eyes weld up with tears and she collapsed to her knees. As she hit the ground, she turned to dust and the field of flowers died around me.

I looked at the dead desert and a wail came from behind me. I turned around and there was that same woman again. Her pitch black hair and pale white skin. Her clothes were torn and ragged.

"You need to remember." she said and started to cripple towards me. I moved back but there was a invisible wall behind me.

"Remember what?" I asked and she kept on coming towards me. She didn't say anything but she was close enough, that I could smell the rotting flesh and she looked at me. They were a piercing blue and her face was disfigured but I could see that she was a beautiful woman before this.

"Your past." she whispered and her voice echoed inside my head. The noise become agonizing and I started screaming at the pain that was shooting through my body. I tried to breathe but my lungs felt like it was  full of water and I felt my body become numb.

"Breathe." the woman said but it wasn't her voice.

"Breathe!" Hades voice echoed through the desert and I was once again in the bathroom but on the floor coughing up water. I went to my side and carried on coughing the water out and taking in deep breaths.

"What the hell, Violet? I can't leave you for one minute, without you passing out or dying." Hades said and I wanted to slap him. I laid on the floor for a while and was trying to catch my breath again. I was still shaking from the terrifying experience and Hades was sitting next to me. He stared down at me and was waiting for me to say something.

I covered myself with my hands and wanted the floor to just swallow me whole and away from Hades stare.

"Can you please pass me a towel?" I asked but there was no emotion in my voice.

A fluffy, warm towel fell on my body and I wrapped myself with it. I sat up and looked over at Hades, his shirt was soaking wet and his jeans. His hair was still dry but his cold eyes was glaring at mine.

"What happened?' he asked.

"I was just lying in the bath and then Persephone appeared in my dream. Then everything went dark and that old lady was there again but this time she looked a bit different. She looked like Persephone but older," I said and Hades was silent, his lips was in a thin line and his eyes became even more cold.

"Dry yourself and go to bed." he said and walked out of the bathroom.

All these unanswered questions and cold tones, were starting to irritate me and it some how started to hurt my feelings. Hades couldn't even look at me or even touch me anymore. I lay on my bed and stared at the ceiling.

"What must I remember?" I asked myself but I knew that I will not be answered.

I sat up and took in a deep breath. I decided that I must carry on with the studying, if I ever wanted answers I need to win this competition. The library was quiet and it made me feel small. I went back and looked for the book Hades gave me but the book wasn't there anymore. I looked around the library and still couldn't find it. I sat on the floor and held my head in my hands.

"I might as well use the knowledge that I have now and that I have studied." I said and just felt like I didn't care anymore.

I looked at the ceiling and the ceiling was painted with beautiful art. I admired the artwork and just stared at the ceiling allowing my imagination to take me to a place where there was no worries.

The artwork started to move and I had to look away for a second. I thought that it was my mind playing tricks on me but then when I looked at the painting again. The painting was starting to move and it was as if it was telling me a  story.

Three brothers born for different realms and have specific duty. Zeus the God of the Heavens, he created man and many beings but was drunk with power and wanted more. Poseidon, the God of the Sea, he controlled the ocean and sea life protecting his people from the beings that Zeus has created. Hades, the God of the Underworld, he gave the souls judgement and had to take care of his father Kronus, who tried to kill his children but was defeated by Hades, Zeus and Poseidon. Kronus is trapped in the depths of the Underworld and was never spoken of again.

Hades fell in love with the Goddess of Fertility and wanted to make her the Queen of the Underworld. He abducted her and brought her to the Underworld, she first declined his attempts but soon fell in love him and became his queen. For centuries she ruled the Underworld but she was so drunk with power she wanted more.

She soon fell in love with a mortal man and had a child with him. There is no records of where or what had happened to that child but Persephone was punished by Hades and was banished from the Underworld. Hades cursed Persephone with age and so she aged like a normal mortal and died in just a few months. The child lived with the mortals and was never heard from again.

The ceiling stopped moving and I was becoming nauseous from the motion. I took in deep breathes and calmed down.

Was that Kronus in the frozen ice?

My mind was full of questions once again and this time I'm going to get answers.

I was walking down the corridor and wanted to find that passage where I found Kronus or I think that it is him.

Before I could walk any further, I was stopped from giggling and I saw that Tiffany's door was slightly open. I walked quietly to the door and regret that I did. Hades was on a chair and Tiffany with nothing but in lace underwear was straddling his lap and his hands was on her waist.

He was smiling at her and he started kissing her neck slowly. There was a pain in my chest and I wanted to barge in the room and smash her face in. She started to lightly moan but then started to scream. Hades let go of her and she collapsed onto the floor, withering in pain and Hades had no idea what was going on.

I stopped staring and walked away from the door and the screams stopped. I walked into a different corridor and I felt a strange tingling feeling.

"What the hell is happening?"
