In an island country, this race was created by Aphrodite. Their hair is represented by their hair as bright rainbow-colored and different shades (minus black). 

The blue and purple hair is exceptionally stronger and is (not anymore but should be and will be) royalty because royal blue and The color purple has been associated with royalty, power, and wealth for centuries. In fact, It was forbidden for anyone except close members of the royal family to wear it. Purple's elite status stems from the rarity and cost of the dye originally used to produce it.  (Will fix this later since no one is reading this so yeah)

There Is a royal family for each color but there is a main royal family that is the Azure family the second is the purple family Tattoon

Red is the most hated color because of how they think they should rule and how they rule. their power tends to be fire elements and family powers but weak when it comes to other powers The rouges are the red royal family.

Pink during the rouges rule was the lowest set race for no reason tends to be very strong but not a strong as the azure family (family with ice blue hair). Magentas Is the Pink royal family

green nature healers, a good level of racial status Lime family is the Royal

yellow and orange have a high level of racial status, especially during the Rogue's rule good strength on powers the Stellar is the Yellow Royal family. Tulip Is the Orange royal family

white second to highest racial status powerful the Blanc Family is the white royal family.

Brown: No powers and kid will not inherit powers at all tend to die during birth or a month after birth rare to make it past 3 years old but can be done tends also to be killed to keep the bloodline pure.

Purple: 2-5 powers

Yellow: 10-20 powers 

Orange: 15-30 powers

Pink or Magenta: 30-50

Red or Black: corrupted or going corrupt

Heterochromia: whichever one is the highest power count except if it is brown.
