We all like a bad boy, but are they really that bad or just troubled and trapped. Jace has had a rough start and fighting is his distraction but will he be distracted by something or someone else?
Samantha is a good girl, cliche is the word but what...
Me and Jace spent most of the weekend together just chilling, watching films and eating. My ideal day, his too but he said he's got to watch his appetite as he needs to stay looking like hulk, especially for his fighting. But I...well I'm a fatty at heart. The school break has flown by and it's back to school tomorrow. But, that also means I get to see my friends and Jace.
I choose my outfit and decide to curl my hair the night before as I want it to be pretty and stylish. I choose a pinafore dress for with some tights obviously as it's still freezing out. I pair it with some hoop earrings, bigger the hoop bigger the hoe. Sorry...couldn't help it.

I go to sleep and wait for tomorrow morning of school and I'm actually excited, for some odd reason clearly.
The next morning appears and pulls me out of my deep slumber. My alarm is blaring out next to me, I hit snooze and adjust to the early start. Better get used to that. I jump up at the sound and get up for a new day and a new start. I place on my underwear, tights and slide on my pinafore. I brush out the curls from last night and do a easy everyday makeup routine.
I left for school on time for once, probably because no one was there... it kinda sucks to wake up to no one to talk to or even say good bye too. But, you get used to it. I was just walking up to the gates and I grew nervous, will Jace actually talk to me or will he be embarrassed of me? As I walk into the student parking area, I see all of Jace's friends and I look for him, but he doesn't come to sight. Hmmm...strange, he said he would see my Monday morning, bright and early with his smile. His friends and I have actually become close and they treat me like their little sister. I walk up to them and they all see me coming. Their faces change from scowls to grins when they see who it is. "Hey chica, don't you look dazzling." He smirks at me. I gently shove him with my shoulder. "Now, now Karl, didn't your mother tell you not to lie." I laugh with him. "If you're wondering where he is, he's not here." He said to me. "Well can you point me in the direction of where he is." I say battering my lashes. "Sorry chica, no can do." He said apologetically. I know it's not his fault but I glare at him, he obviously just smiles back at me. The bell rings and my class is thankfully just to the left of me. "Well, if you see him tell him, I'm looking for him." I say sternly to him and the rest of the them. "Bye boys." I wave them off.
Where is he? Maybe he's embarrassed to be seen with me and he's hiding. Gosh I sound so needy, maybe he's gently easing me off so he won't feel so guilty about pushing me to the curb. He wouldn't do that...I think?
The day goes my and I message him twice throughout the day. One says "are you okay?" and the other "where are you?". I'm actually kinda worried about him. The day is going bye and I'm handing in all my boring assignments and homework. The bell rings and that means it's lunchtime, finally! As I'm making my way out off the building I hear chanting, screams and hitting? I quickly make my way with pretty much the entire school. Let me guess? A fight? They normally every so often, normally it's "you kissed my girl" blah blah blah. I normally ignore them and walk the opposite way but, something is telling me to go there...now!
I quickly pick up my pace and make my way to the circle surrounding the two large figures. As I'm smaller than most, I squeeze my way in to the front and spot a familiar head, Karl. "Hey Karl, what's going on?" I shout, he whips his head round to look at me. "Shit...chica!" He said more to himself than me. "What are you doing here, don't look trust me." He says. What is he talking about, as his head moves I catch a glimpse of a familiar figure. Jace. And he's fighting with Daniel, the guy I bumped into on my run. I shove past Karl and made my way right to the front. What is he doing? I could feel Karl's present behind me and he was calling out my name, I didn't answer though.
As I made my way to the front, both of the boys are at each other's throats like dogs. Jace...he looks so distraught. What happened in 24 hours, he was fine, laughing and joking and now, he looks angry and hurt. There were punches from left and centre, it didn't last long before we all heard a whistle. Jace had the last punch and stormed off leaving him on the ground. Daniel's friends help him up and he notices me and glares. What did I do? Karl leans in my ear and says, "Go after him, he needs someone to calm him down." He says softly and I see him retrieving slowly back into the building.
I quickly look in the direction of where Jace walked off too and I can see him under a large tree away from the school. I sigh and start to walk towards him until I noticed him bleeding, I picked up the pace. He didn't look even a tiny bit bothered, in fact he was smoking and had his eyes closed. I stand in front of him with my hands on my hips. I was waiting for him to notice me. I sighed and his voice made me jump. "I know it's you cutie." He said in a deep voice. I was looking down at him with sympathy and I slowly knelt down to inspect his hand. He pulled away from my touch, that hurt.
"Jace, please." I said with agony in my voice, I hate seeing him like this. His tense hand slowly relaxed into mine. I inspected it but it just seem a bit bruised and bloody. I want to ask him we're he was this morning but I feel like it's too soon. "It seems bruised but I'm sure I can clean it up later?" I question him, I don't want to annoy him or anything. He doesn't say anything so I take the hint he doesn't want my presents. I sigh and make my way to get up form my knees until I'm dragged back down into the grass. Thank god it's not too wet. "I didn't say you could leave." He says smirking at me. Ladies and gentlemen, he is back. I look at him with a glare not long before I laugh. "You idiot!" I gently push his arm.
He looks at me for a moment and sighs. A moment of silence settle upon us and we were both drowning in our thoughts. He would take a drag of his cigarette now and then until he put it out. I needed to ask him, I felt like he needed someone to talk to.
"Where were you this morning and why did you fight with Daniel?" I ask him quietly. He looks up at me into my eyes and says "I was talking with my so called father." He says with anger in his voice. "We had a disagreement and he said some things, blah blah blah." He says with a grunt. I gave him a look as to answer my second question. "Urgh, I overheard Daniel taking to his friends about getting close to you to screw you." He says with disgust. I raised my eyebrow and shivered with disgust.
I sigh and move to the right side of him. We both sit their in silence until I hear him say. "I won't be here for the weekend."
"Okay, how come?" I say intrigued. "I've got a boxing championship, not that much of a big deal." He says like it's no big deal, yeah right. "And don't even think about coming, it's too dangerous." He says strictly. "But, please...I'll be all alone, plus I'll keep you company and I can help with your injur-
"NO!" He shouts. "Plus your brother is training the guy I'm fighting, he won't be happy to see his little sister with his fighters opponent." He said harshly. I looked down at the grass and moved my legs to the left and crossed my arms. Fine, two can play this game buddy. "Cutie, Sam, oh come on!" "So...you're just going to ignore me now." He mumbles something else under his breath. Something along the lines of "fucking women". Yeah I am you asshole.
Three moments of silence go by, I can tell he's loosing a battle with his mind and his consciousness...then, out of the blue.
"Fine, you win." He huffs out, I turn to face him with a huge grin, like a five year old on their birthday. I latch my arms around his neck and he falls back onto the tree. He groans and I pull away. "Oops, sorry." I give him an innocent smile and batter my lashes. "But! You have to stay out off your brothers way and vision." "And, no coming out with the crowd, I can't risk you getting hurt." He said with a sad smile.
"Of course, I can't wait for our little trip, oh and where is it?" I ask out of curiosity.
