Emily's POV

I woke up this morning and once again Nat wasn't there. That Saturday class again. I wish she didn't have to do that, I miss her. But there is one good thing happening today, today I'm meeting with Ali. To be honest I'm actually really nervous. The last time I was really with Ali one on one was when I accused her of being A. Which did not end well.

________Flashback________

"Emily?" I jump at the voice. I turn around and Alison is standing at my bedroom door. "I didn't mean to scare you."

"No you didn't." I reply.

"I seriously saw the hair rise at the back of your neck when you heard my voice." She pauses "I was surprised to get your message. You made your feelings for me crystal the last time I saw you."

Fortunately my phone interrupts us. It's a text from Hanna {Where's A?}. "Sorry my mom's at the store...um last minute shopping." She nods as I reply back to Hanna {With me. I hate this.}

"Why am I here Emily?" Clearly not buying what I just told her.

"It bothers me, I mean tomorrow is Thanksgiving and you and I aren't speaking."

"I wasn't that surprised when the others turned on me, but you were the one that I trusted."

"I'm the loyal one." I mumble to myself.

"What?"

"Nothing."

"Sorry I disappointed you." She turns around and starts walking out the door.

"Ali wait." I step closer "I don't want things to be like this."

She turns to face me again. "Neither do I." I give her a fake smile. She walks over to my bed and sits on it while I walk over to my desk place my phone on the table and sit on the chair there. "There's no way they're gonna let you be friends with me, if that's what you want. "

"Well I make my own decisions, it's not a group vote."

"I've had the chills all day. Do you have any tea?"

"Camomile?" I get up to go to the kitchen. Just as I'm about to go out the door my phone beeps. When I turn back to go see who it was, Ali is at the desk with my phone in her hands.

"Your mom never shops at the last minute." Her evil smirk on her face. "You got a text from Hanna, she wants to know of you're still keeping me busy. I'm A, right?" she says mockingly.

"I don't know are you?" I walk towards her and rip my phone from her hands.

"I actually believed you."

"Must hurt, right? When the loyal one betrays you?" She starts to walk out, on her way bumping into me.

"That was quite a performance Em. Bravo." Then she finally walks out.

______End of Flashback______

After we found out who A really was, we all sort of forgave Ali but we never actually said it to her face. But I never talked to her unless the other girls with me because I was still angry at her for breaking my heart for the second time. I guess now is the time to really apologize and forgive, that's what I plan on doing when I see her later.

Ali's POV

I walk through town to a small coffee shop that Emily and I agreed to meet at called "The Blend". I pick a small couch with a table in the back corner of the cafe. It reminds me so much of The Brew back home in Rosewood.
