When Naruto made it to Kakashi, he told him about, the whole thing that happened, and Kakashi knew something bad would happen.
Kakashi knew that if they were to go rescue Sasuke now, that'd be an even bigger problem, so, they had to save him after Naruto and Sakura got stronger, so they had to wait.
But Kakashi knew that was also a bad idea, so he figured he'd have help with the other Ninja's and have some worn the other village's and some look for Sasuke.
And that's exactly what happened, he asked for some Ninja's to help, and was getting help to get, Naruto, and Sakura stronger.
They did have someone to train them, and they might of forgot a little bit about Sasuke, no, Naruto's mind was all set on Sasuke, he was getting stronger for Sasuke, and he was going to save Sasuke.
Naruto thought that if he could save Sasuke, maybe Sasuke could like him, but he knew that, that wasn't true, he knew Sasuke didn't like him, or did he?
But all Naruto knew that Sasuke was out there somewhere, and he needed help, saving, but no one can find him, they've searched, and searched for Sasuke, but he was nowhere to be seen.
All these years he's been hidden, and he must be in a good hidden spot, if no one can find him, when Naruto gets stronger, Naruto figured he'd look for him right away, and makes sure that Sasuke knows that he, Naruto Uzumaki, was right next to him, and will make him know that he loves him, and he will show it!
