Chapter 16

Hyakkimaru's pov

''Alright Youngsters, we going inside of Himeji's Castle which I want all of you be in your best behavior and if I see Mr Masaki and Mr Komatsu try to seal something inside, I will give both a one hell of detention'' Sensei Biwamaru warn cold and harsh while Shiranui and Saburota quickly nods in terror which I knew they make stupid stuffed like sealing something for a sick joke. We were got to Himeji which we left all our bags and belongings in the hotel which my family owns. I sigh as I look at Dororo who was talking with Okowa and Mutsu of a girl talk while Hyogo was helping Tahomaru of talking with Eve since we know her on the first day of school. I tried to sit down to Dororo and talked with her but she was avoiding me on the morning. I think she was embarrassed about the kiss which I light blushed about that thought. Oh god, that explained why she was avoiding dueling she never kiss a guy expect for her dad which why she acting this way. And I thought it was a dream.

Soon we enter the castle which everyone were amazed by how it look like and it was very tradition like one of the folklore. I saw Tahomaru finally talking with Eve which I smile while I notice Dororo was smiling and laughing with Okowa and Mutsu. I smile while I soon notice I was in hallways where I saw Prince Kenzou was talking with the Crown Prince and his elder brother, Yoshinori which he appear to be a older version of Tahomaru but different. His hair was auburn as it was tie into a short ponytail and have black eyes. He appear to be well build as he wore a dark red, sleeveless haori on top was a white robe with dark hakama pants, white sock and black sandals but he wasn't wearing them. 

They look like they were arguing about something but I can't heard clear which why they look like me and Tahomaru and why I'm having this? ''Please, Kenzou. You can't be serious. If you order them to abandon you on the battle then, father and mother will be heartbroken. We must think a other option instead of this'' he said as it shocking me. Prince Kenzou  order his own men to abandon him?! Why he order something like that!? This doesn't make any sense!? Prince Kenzou soon sigh and he give a serious yet, emotional which remind me of the same look what dad give me and Tahomaru. ''Yoshi, I know but you and I know who the Lords are taking land from poor people and the Samurai taking women as rape them. I can't let this go as I wanted to protect her, Yoshi. I can't stay here and be your right hand while she still fighting for what she believes'' Prince Kenzou said as the Crown Prince sigh while I was more confused. 

Prince Kenzou have a love?... ''Hyakkimaru'' I soon heard Dororo as I saw I was back to the Morden area and I see Dororo was in front as she looks worry. I was still shocked of Prince Kenzou decision and about Lords and Samurai. How they could do that to their people and take innocent girls like that monster did to Mio. Dororo look at me with worry as she took my hand and lead me out of the castle as I was confused. I soon asked where she taking as she look at me and smile. ''Somewhere that makes you feel fine and calm, silly'' she spoke with gentle and soft tone as I was shocked and blush before I notice she take me into the Cherry Blossom gardens which they look the definition the true beauty as it was soon beautiful. Me and Dororo sat down while she was taking out her lunch.

''By the way, I'm sorry that I was avoiding you the whole morning. I'm not really used being a girl which she give a kiss to her boyfriend and look fine. But I promise, I will support you what troubles you as your childhood friend and girlfriend'' she said as I was shocked by her words but soon smile while give a small laugh before eating. I was very surprised that she learn how to cook. I thought she and Itachi have to ramen or tetiyaki chicken. We ended up talking while eating the for day which I enjoy and makes me forget about that. It was really blissful and enjoyable at the same time. I kinda of wish we can go back to the old days which I really miss them lot. We laugh as we finished as I help her to it up and walking to the hotel since Tahomaru sent me a message of where me and Dororo were. I notice she sneeze while I felt the wind was getting really fresh and bit cold which I lead her my white jacket as she look at with surprised. 

''I don't want you to get a cold like that while what you wearing. Just stick with me if you want to stay warm'' I said as her cheeks soon burned up before she laughing while pulled me closer to her as I deeply blushed. ''You surely are a gentleman which he fallen in love with tomboy who lives in the street. I'm glad that part of you haven't change at all. This really remind me of the old days now'' she laughs as I was shocked. She too, remember the old days and miss them as I do? Of course, those days were pure happiness and rejoice for us lot. I used value her as my only friend in the world which she turn into a my lover as I cherish her with all my heart. She's my best friend, my childhood friend, my childhood love and the girl who I dearly love the most. I guess if you want to protect something that you love, you have to make a sacrifice. 

I laugh together with her while this moment was really the most precious of all of them. I can even hear my heart beating.
