"Riley." Her mother called from the kitchen as she turned off the stove. "Yeah?" Riley said, walking back from the front door to the kitchen. Her mother looked her over, Jeans, t-shirt and a jacket, with sneakers. Her mother sighed, at the tomboyish clothes that looked nothing like how younger Riley would have dressed.

"Your aunt and I went shopping last night." She spoke. "Cool...oh! When you were out did you see the new converse! Their so cool mom could I get them?" Riley smiled with joy. "Riley...," her mother trailed off. "When we were at the store we got you some...nice clothes. Ya know, dresses...and heels, skirts, blouses and pearls like mine." Her mother spoke, touching the pearl necklace she was wearing.

"Mom, I've told you so many time I don't wanna dress like that!" Riley seethed. "For goodness sake Riley would you just act like a girl for once in your life!" She spat at her, silencing Riley from saying anymore. "Could you, for once, stop parading around her with boys, and stop playing basketball and god forbid stop wearing those hideous sneakers!" She freaked.

"You are not a boy Riley! You don't belong in a gym court you belong in the kitchen!" Her mother yelled. "Look at Keira! She acts like a girl so why can't you. Every other girl in Derry acts like a girl but you!" She yelled. "God forbid your a....lesbian." Her mother gagged. "IM NOT A LESBIAN! Just because I don't choose to wear prissy shit like that doesn't me I'm not a girl! Doesn't mean I'm worth any less!"  Riley yelled, trying to hold back tears but they'd already fallen.

"You know what! Fine! I don't have to deal with this bullshit!" Riley's voice boomed as she stopped out the door, slamming it behind her.

Beverly had called bill telling him to come quickly, and that she had something to show him. Grabbing the rest of the group, they biked down to Beverly's place. Once they got they, Beverly shot up from her place on the stairs. "I have to show you guys something." She spoke anxiously.

"More than what we saw at the quarry?" Richie smirked. "Shut up Richie! Just shut up!" Eddie yelled. "Yeah, like what is the point of you speaking?" Riley asked him. All he did was wink and make a kiss face at her not getting the hint. "For the love of god." Riley sighed giving up.

"My dad'll Kill me if he finds out that I had boys in the apartment." Beverly informed them. "R-Richie'll be lookout." Bill told her. "What!?" Richie said. The rest of the group decided to go up, leaving Richie by himself. "But, what if he dad come back?" Richie asked them. "Do what you always do, start talking!" Stan rolled his eyes.

"Oh shit." Riley laughed. "It is a gift." Richie yelled back.  The group walked into Beverly's house. They all paused in horror and confusion staring at the bloody room before them. "I-I think I'll go wait out with Richie." Keira mumbled. "Hey, Keira." Stan stooped her. "Are you okay?" He asked, voice filled with concern. "Yeah, that's just too much for me." She gestured to the room. "Okay." Stan sighed as sue walked out, down the stairs towards Richie.

"You see it too right?" Beverly asked, hoping that she want the only one. "Yeah." Bill replied looking around. "I thought I might be going crazy, my dad couldn't see it." Beverly explained. "W-We can't l-leave it like this." Bill said to them. They all got to work, cleaning the bathroom until it was spotless.

As the rest of the boys went to throw out dirty towels and sponges, Bill and Beverly were left into the room. "It's not true what they say about me, you know. I mean, I've only ever been kissed by one guy." Beverly smiled at him, referring to the play they did so long ago.

"I never believed in those rumors." Bill smiled back. "January Embers." She blurted out. "What?" Bill asked. "It's- it's from a poem." She said hoping that he was the one that put the poem in her bag, before the whole bloody bathroom situation happened. "I'm not big on poetry." Bill said, going with the guys to dispose of some more trash.

"Took you guys long enough." Richie said rolling his eyes. As they all went over the their bikes. "Hey, missed you, hottie." Richie winked at Riley. "Didn't miss that mouth, Rich." She said getting onto her bike. "I can make you miss it." He said. "You wish." Riley scoffed. She couldn't lie, he was cute and supper funny. But? He didn't have to know that. Plus, his constant trying was entertaining for her.

"Shut up, Richie." Eddie said. "Yeah, shut up Richie." Stan rolled his eyes. "I get it, trash the trash mouth. I wasn't there, scrubbing walls while begs bathroom when all Eddie's mom's vagina on Halloween." Richie ranted. "Ew." Eddie gagged. "S-She wasn't imagining it". Bill spoke up. They all stopped their bike, directing their attention towards Bill.

"I s-s-saw it too." Bill explained to them. "You saw blood too?" Stan asked. "Not blood. I saw g-g-Georgie." Bill told them. "I-it s-seemed like him and ac-acted like him but there was this," "clown, I saw it too." Eddie interrupted. Ben and Stan saying they'd seen it too. "Wait, can only virgins see this stuff? Is that why I'm not seeing this shit?" Richie asked confused.

"I hardly believe that you're a virgin." Riley spat. "Well I can show you how I'm not." Richie smirked. "Guys! Look..it's belch Huggins car. We should probably get out of here." Eddie Warned them. "Wait, I-isn't that the home schooled kids' bike?" Bill asked. "Yeah, that's mike's." Eddie told him. "We have to go help him." Bev said.

"Agreed". Reilly said hopping off her bike. Keira got up with them into the direction of the bike. "Keira, are you sure?" Stan asked her. And she nodded having a random spurt of courage in her. The boys quickly followed behind them.
