The next morning I get dragged over to the Salvatore's to wake the original Elijah apparently he's gonna kill Klaus, I call bullshit on that but whatever

so were waiting for this dude to wake up

did I mention we look extremely alike and its kinda freaking me out

I have slightly whiter skin that's literally it

"Elijah" Elena says

"Katerina!" the dude says

"Elijah! It's me, it's Elena" sis yells and I stay in the back silently

"oh, my god" Elijah says

he starts like spasming

"I can't-I can't breathe! What's happening to me?" Elijah says boy his name is a mouth full

he rushes to the door and slams into it, looks like it hurt

"I can't...I can't be in this house" he says

"you're not invited in" Elena says

"then get me out of here" he growls

I run up the stairs and out the door followed by him

"well that was fun to watch" I chuckle

he looks at me like he knows me

"Henrik" he breathes

"ya Henrik Gilbert actually" I say

he looks shocked by looks at Elena "what happened"

"shh" she says pointing up

I roll my eyes

"Can I trust you" Elijah ask

she gives him the dagger

I hit my head with my hand "you're an idiot"

we get in my car and drive away

"you look better" Elena lies

"don't lie to the man, you look like shit dude" I say

"where did you get the dagger" Elijah asks

"I'll tell you everything. But we have to work to together, Elijah. I need your word" Elena says

he looks at me "and you"

"I'm only here in case you flip and kill my sister" I say

he looks at Elena "Your ability to make demands has long passed"

"no demands. I'm offering you my help. And in return, I want yours" Elena says

"and why should I even consider this" Elijah asks

"the same reason that you haven't killed me. You need my help to kill Klaus. And I need you" Elena says

Stefan calls

"its her boy toy" I say in a girly voice "by the way sometime today you have to tell me why you and Klaus looked super surprised to see me. And why Klaus won't touch me"

she hangs up

"He's here" Elena says

"Klaus is here" Elijah asks

"didn't I just say he was surprised to see me" I ask "anyway he's in Alaric's body"

"of course, one of his favorite tricks" Elijah says

"he's gonna teach me it too" I mutter

"well, what are his other tricks? What is he going to do next? Your the only one who knows him" Elena questions
