the next morning I awake to giggling

I walk out to see all my siblings besides Kol sitting by Caroline who has a photo album

"what is going on" I ask

"Caroline is just showing us some pictures of you" Nik smirks

I walk over and take the photo album to see the time where I put on that multi colored beanie

I flip to the back to find Vicki and I as kids hugging

I smile

"who is that" Bexs asks

"that was my queen" I breath

"that is Vicki Donovan, they were made for each other" Care says "even though I didn't particularly like Vicki"

"no one liked Vik, that was why I liked her so much" I say giving them back the album "that isn't the one with all the embarrassing pictures"

"no you hid that one" Care giggles and sits back into Nik, who is smiling down at her

"well Nik, we need to go get the white oak stakes today" I tell

"your the one still in there pajamas" Nik teases

"did I mention Tyler is back" Care says

Nik tenses "and what did you do"

"he left, that means were over. Besides he's not really alpha enough for me" she says

"lets not flirt in front of me" I say heaving

I run up and get dressed

Nik has his face in Caroline's hair who is talking to Bexs

"okay Nik, please detach yourself from Care. You can smell her later" I say

he growls but none the less lets up and we go to the boarding house

we find one of the stakes just sitting out

"this is depressing" Nik says

I hit his side "we found this but there is one more"

"were gonna need a little more time" Stefan says

"because that one won't pass out, we could just kill him" I suggest

"then you won't know the location of the other stake" Stefan says

"I can live with that" Nik says

"but they can't cause the whole line dies if one of us die. Why don't you just use it on me. You know I didn't create your line" I taunt

Nik rolls his eyes and brakes Rick's neck

"anger issues much, I'll have to tell your girl to work on that" I chuckle

"she's not my girl....yet, plus you have worse issues" Nik defends

"anyway I am sure you to are more then capable of finding the stake, I'm gonna go"

I leave to my tree

the next day I go in the house

"where have you been" Jerm asks "we have been here for like 3 hours now"

"wasting away, it was so boring" Kol adds

"that's a very big exaduration, you've only been here for half and hour" Finn says

I smirk "so how did it go"

"so well, we decided that Jer should go with them at first" Kol says
