"So do you have a third hour?" I asked Ryan.

He was currently on his phone, probably texting his next girlfriend. I frowned when He didn't answer me right away. I'm not invisible am I? That would be very bad, then I wouldn't be able to work! It would be cool to walk around though, I could do anything I want! I could go to the store and get so many stuffed animals!!!

"Oh shit I gotta get to next period or I'm gonna be late!" Ryan panicked, I shook myself from my thoughts and watched as he quickly packed up. "I'll see you in fifth hour Lucas! Bye." Ryan scrambled out as the bell rang,  That meant that he was officially late to third hour. I laughed a little, who knew he could be so scatterbrained.

"Hm... what should I do now?" I asked myself, usually I took a nap but I already did that. Other times I played on the computer or did homework that I haven't don't yet, but that was already finished. I sighed and decided to just grab my stuff, I was pretty sure that the art teacher had a free period so I might as well go there. I practically skipped to Miss May's Classroom, which was just down the hall. It was a cute little classroom filled with paintings and other artwork that Miss May did herself. She decided to hang all the students artwork down the hall of school and in the school gallery. Cause then "Everyone can see just how talented you all are!" As she likes to put it. She was pretty young, so she was nice to all of us and encouraged all of the students to make something creative everyday.

I knocked on the door softly to find her sitting at her desk with a pencil in her hair. It was funny because they were just sticking out of her bun like sticks. She often looked like a bunny rabbit with them in. "Ah Luca! What can I help you with?" She got up from her desk and met me in the middle of the classroom. "Need to get some creative juice flowing again? I haven't see you come to my class for a few days now. I hope that you have been working on your painting and small novel on your down time. But I do know that you say you are very busy at home and with working all the time." I loved Miss May but she could ramble on about really anything. That's why the art kids decided to get a timer for her. She had ten minutes of talking time when class started and then when it went off everyone could get to work.

It was nice because she never knows when to stop talking really, "Yes I have. I make sure to do one creative thing a day when I am too busy to swing by. I was hoping I could work on sculpture today? I know it's really not the right time in the year but I feel like building something today." She smiled happily at me.

"Oh course! I will never turn down your creativity Luca!" I cringed at her loud voice, you'd think that she was only a teenager with the way she acted. She walked straight into the back room and I took this as a chance to lay by stuff down and grab an apron. I don't need clay all over my cute clothes, Kayla would be pretty mad at me. "Now honey, do you want to use the table or just sculpting from hand today?"

"From hand is fine, I want to make something small and pretty hollow. So I just shape it by hand and work it slowly." I told her as I finished tying my apron, she came out of the back room with a chunk of tan clay in her hands. I sat at the high top table and laid a sheet down.

"This will probably be the best clay for you. You are still gonna have to fire it when you are done so make sure you like it before you give it to me. It also shouldn't air dry but make sure you use plenty of water." I nodded giving her a small thanks. She continued whatever she was doing at her desk, as I started to work my hands in the clay, kneading it and getting all the air out.

I wasn't the greatest at making things with clay but I always had the greatest ideas that popped in my head for stuff. It was a lot harder to get them on paper or into a sculpture. I tried and that's all Miss May cared about, as long as all her students tried their hardest in everything that they make. Plus, She always let you redo the project at the end of the year if you didn't like it. To say that she was the best teacher wouldn't be an exaggeration, she really was the best teacher in the building.
