We watched from the side as Astrid, my little girl went to get in the van she turned and smiled before blowing a kiss

"Relax Spenser I'll be back before you can miss me." She smirked

"Me miss you? Really?" Clay replied "Just keep your head down and don't get it knocked off will ya."

She just smiled before ducking and getting in and we went to the tactical area. Just as we walked in we we're almost knocked over by another member

"Oh sh*t! I'm so sorry about that." The guy yelled rushing to pick up the fallen files

"Your new ain't you?" Beka smiled as she helped him

"Yes, ma'am I'm a new recruit I'm from Sun City, Nevada."

"Timothy Smith?"

He looked at her before nodded "Yes ma'am that's me."

"First drop the ma'am it's just Beka and secondly you only just got here correct?"

"I arrived on site last night at approachmently 2:40am, this is my first shift." He stated "Not that it's going well."

"Your doing fine as long as you don't throw coffee on your commanding officer your good." Beka told him "Anyway welcome to the Hunters."

"Thank you m... Beka, it's much different to training."

"Don't let it overwhelm you, just remember you here for a reason and you'll be good." Beka smiled "Anyway if have any trouble you can find one of the commanders or the others officers and we'll be more then happy to help."

"Thanks Beka." Timothy smiled before walking away

"New bloods are so jumpy." Lucky commented

"Behave, they just need time to settle." Beka warned

"After all you were worse when you started." Clay laughed as Marco snickered

"I was not."

"Says the woman who tripped over air how many times again?"

"There was something there!"

"Sure."

"She right. There was something there." Beka replied "It was air."

"That's it." Lucky yelled before chasing her into the other room which was set up as the command post

"Is this the only command post?" Eric asked

"No it just this mission. Each room has a different mission in it apart from the far end cause that is where all the unconfirmed intel is stored while being checked." Marco replied "So how long do we have here exactly?"

"Pardon?"

"I'm not stupid and neither are the others, the moment your allowed to you'll be taking us back correct?"

"It's safer in our base and we have to bring you home to America." Jason replied "Don't you miss your family?"

"We are family and this is our home."

"Temporary home you should be back with family on your home soil."

"And what are we going to do huh?" Marco asked "Here we have jobs protecting and helping those on both sides, we have families and marriages and the died."

"How many are married?"

"Quite a few of us."
