Chapter 9

Clay was working in his office when he came across a flash drive plugging it in his screen held a still of Sara, it was a video she had recorded

Marco POV:

"Hey Marco?"

"Yea?" I replied turning to see him

"Can you go get the Seals or Jason he may want to see this and our siblings."

Finding them wasn't hard they sat on the hill with Beka

"What's up?"

"I found a message from Sara. It looks like it was recorded back in Europe." Clay stated

"Europe?" Jason asked

"Yea, Umm.. Sara travelled to Greece, Italy and France this year to deal with a few things and meet a few people."

"Clay play it."

"Where is it in those three countries?" Ray asked

"I don't know just play already." Lucky whined

"Wait!"

"Oh for heaven sake!" I replied leaning over to hit the play button "There."

Sara came on screen as she sat in what looked to be her tent

"Hey guys... So this is the last message you'll ever see of me because if your watching this then I'm died. So let's get started shall we, my name is Sara Hayes I am a commander with in the hunters elite as well as the mother to Jason Jr, Xavier, Caiden, Ambrose, Alaric, Silas, Elara, Celeste, Amaya, Adira and Ja-Kal...."

Ray POV:
At the name Ja-Kal everyone seem to hold their breath for a second unsure if they should continue
"This is a message for them. Ja-Kal my sweet boy, I love you dearly and if I never got to tell you in person I'm sorry but your official a Hayes. I want you to remember that even in the bad times life can be good and I ask you to be good enjoy life and remember that I loved you as I still do...."
Each and every message seemed to be personalised for each of her children telling them how much she loves them and how sorry she was for leaving. What surprised us was the message recorded for Jason on it

"Hey Jason or Dad. if your watching this either I meet you prior to my death or Spenser gave you this message, please don't blame my brother he already carries so much and he was only doing as I asked anyway my name is Sara Elizabeth Linda Hayes and I'm your daughter. I need you to know that I don't blame you for not coming back, I found mum recording when I left and I could bring myself to tell you who I am but I know a bit about you and I guess you would think it's unfair I know you but you don't know me. Anyway I don't wanna take too much time of yours, you probably have a lot better things to do and my siblings need you more than I do. Now more then ever I guess but I just want you to know five things before I go, one I'm your daughter and I'm so glad that I am and two your a grandfather to the most beautiful, funny and smart children I have ever meet and yes I'm biased cause there mine." She laughed as tears began to fall but she was quick to wipe them away and you could see Jason reaction to his little girl tears "Three I am so very proud to be able to say your my dad even if you can't say I'm your daughter and four the most important thing by far I think is that I am and will also be proud of you but most importantly I love you so much daddy and I wish you nothing but the best in life. The last thing is that I don't want you to spend even a second being sad that I'm not here because I glad that my life turned out this way, I am proud of the way that I lived and I can assure you I'm okay, I promise you that I am okay with the idea of dying. Please don't be sad cause I'm not okay."

But the last words is what hit us most and especially Jason. Sara wiped the few stray tears before smiling into the camera

"One last thing before I go, my children, my most wonderful adventurous beautiful children It's okay to be sad but don't stay sad for to long please move on and  live your life follow your heart find happiness and remember that even thou I am proud of the service that I gave my greatest achievement is and always will be the fact that I was your mother. The very best of me live in each and everyone of you. I have and always will love you."

After the message

Jason stared at the screen that held it froze frame of his daughter smile
"I thought you said 5?"
"I thought you said 9?" We asked the children
"She's been given approval she official  has 11 children." Marco corrected

"Hey Clay?" Lucky asked

"Yea."

She held up DVD from the drawer "There one for each of us. Even Jason."

"I thought she said goodbye."

"I think she done a personalized one for each of us." Lucky replied handing them out

"Ummm... if you don't might I'd rather watch mine alone." Marco replied excusing himself while holding a firm but gentle grip on the disc

Sonny POV:

"I should be there for him." Ray stated and went to excuse himself

"Hey Ray... maybe you might want Naima for this." Trent offered

Ray just nodded before going off to find his son and we  split up to find and comfort our children as they hear their sister last words might ever say

Ray POV:

As I left I called Naima and told her what was going on

"Is it Marco? Is he okay?!" She panicked as she answered

"No, maybe. He's not hurt." I replied before bring her up to speed

"Okay Ray can you keep the line open while you speak to him."

"Yea."
